Came here because my iphone phone speaker hasn't worked in awhile. I have I use speaker phone or headphones or I can't hear. Made an appointment at Best buy because Apple said there is a known defect that they will service for free so I made the appointment not expecting to buy anything. Had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time for 2 people who were already there. Took less than 10 minutes to get my iphone 12 pro scanned just for them to tell me I need a new display for $298 when my display has never had an issue it's only a sound issue. They did mention a phone repair store down the street so I gave them 2 stars. I haven't been there yet but they have the price for a display repair and it's only $98 a third of the price. So if you are coming here for iphone repair skip it and just go to a different certified apple repair store.
