These 5 stars are for Sonia who works at the podium at the front of the store. I brought a laptop in to take it to Geek Squad. There was nobody at the GS counter, and a couple of people in line at Customer Service, and I wasn't sure whether I should wait in the CS line, but I didn't want to waste my time if that was the wrong line. I saw a monitor w/Geek Squad reservations. So, I stopped at the podium even though I knew the girl working there wasn't "Customer Service" (I think she's security, maybe?) and she was so nice and helpful! She told me how Geek Squad works, and then she was kind enough to ask me what the problem was with my laptop. I told her, and she gave me a much better solution, suggesting a product on the shelves which would do the trick. I was very impressed with her helpfulness, knowledge, and positive personality. She made my day. If Best Buy is smart they will give this girl a promotion soon, before somebody like me poaches her away! Someone who interacts with customers like this is a HUGE asset.
No help at all. We waited for 20 min in the TV department and called back someone twice. They were not busy so that can’t be the excuse. One guy was playing on his phone.
They don't repair cracked phone screens here, so don't bother asking. Go to CPR Phone Repair instead.
