I don't like shopping at this Best Buy because the employees are rude and give plenty of negative remarks. The customer service is terrible.

Best Buy!.. maybe you should go to online only if you cant staff your stores. 50 min wait to get something that I ran in to get which should have taken 10 mins. Terrible service and the reason why I quit shopping there years ago. Why wouldn't you start with an apology for wasting my time. Thats a pretty narcissistic things to say. Sure shows how much you value your customers. There was like 5 cars in the parking lot ( maybe a red flag). Its not me "wanting" assistance, its an expectation then when you go into an empty store, that you can pick up the 1 thing that you went to get. I would imagine you want me to post this to socials so other dont see it. 50 minutes for someone to unlock a cage and hand me an item is too much. Its pretty ridiculous..
