store #36 independence mo. was told buy salesperson would get 10% discount to take out best buy credit card did not happen can not even call this store manager to resolve and corporate will not honor the discount either no help at all do not shop there. contacted customer service several times they and the store manager have my email and phone number never called and do not seem to care to make this right.

Came to pick up a 55” tv & 70” tv close to closing , tonight is our first night at our new home . Moving too fast, I Turned our truck off while loading them onto the truck bed not realizing the car lights were still on so our battery died . My boyfriend asked one crew member for help and he did just that ! He came back outside shortly with his night crew , there was about 5 of them in total , one was an awesome young lady !! They all helped us with no hesitation, the entire closing crew is nothing short of amazing . Sent us home happy customers , very thankful for all of them ❤️ THANK YOU ALL !!!

Went inside. One worker said hello while rushing by, all the other salespersons were too busy yapping with each other to pay us any mind. One of the cashiers even helped someone else when we were clearly there 1st. The customer even told her we were there 1st and she just shrugged us off. I'm not picky, I'm patient, I barely care, but poor service all around.
