In November, I ordered a TV for Christmas and it was to be delivered on December 23. I thought this was pretty far out in advance however I understood this is holiday season. Today, the delivery was canceled and pushed out until January 10. I had even purchased extended warranty on this product. Calling support was useless. They were not helpful and are completely outsourced. If the TV does not get delivered on the 10th, I will cancel the order completely. In the future I will definitely be shopping for these sorts of pruducts at Walmart, Costco, or Amazon. There’s no reason not to when you’re losing nothing. I know this is not a Williston issue, however, there was no way to get direct support in Williston, Vermont. Also, Best Buy does not give the option for a Google review. I will say that when I bought my laptop in Williston, the sales representative was condescending and acted like I didn’t know anything. He did not make the buying process a good process at all. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

Does no one know how to answer the phone? I have been trying to get in com with geek squad for 3 days now, not a single soul answers the phone.

I love the best buy I came in this morning and found great things in there for good price. I was happy to find microwave. All the staffs is friendly and super nice. I recommend people go to best buy. 😃
