I purchased a TV which was delivery 3 days ago. When they deliver there was coffee spill in the package. The tv arrived with no physical damage but upon switch it on, the tv was not able to find any wifi and also there was some other errors. on day 3 the TV basically froze and no matter what i do it is not restablished. I called customer service and they said they will repaired it for extra cost which in my opinion it is a scam. The TV was a display one but best buy do not care about quality. This is the last time i will purchase from best buy. I will return my TV and juat buy anything else at a different shop.

Best Buy has become TERRIBLE! Custom service is horrible, they sell things online then after taking your money info you 5 days later that they never had the product in stock! Then tell you it'll take 8 to 10 days to give you your money back! Honestly, don't waste your time with this horrible company, they are not what they used to be!!

I've been sold 3 headsets that have died within 1-2 months of owning them. The first 1 was within 2 weeks and I was able to return and get a replacement. The 2nd died after a month and a half. I bought a different brand headset afterwords, and now the 3rd one has died after a month and a half. The headsets were also used on different computers, so it shouldn't be a power surge/short issue.
