Waited 30mins at the headphones section to ask questions from staff. Zero help or interactions from staff. Only staff to talk to me was when i was leaving. What’s the point of having a store if the staff ignore you.

PRODUCTS CONSTANSTALY ON WRONG SHELF OR UNDER WRONG TAG. twice now. I've gone in. Read the tag multiple times. Made sure I had the right item. Then when I get to check out. It's always WAYYYYYYY more than the price it was labeled. Like bro. The dudenis like 'oh someone just out it on the wrong spot'. Like no. I checked. That means they r all in the wrong spot and wrong label. Tired of going in and paying WAY more when I get to the register.

Purchased an expensive Shark vacuum. After a few months it died. I did an online Best Buy service request, receipt, date of purchase and it was verified under warranty. Had to create an appointment which was next week at 2:20 pm. Received a dozen reminders through app, phone, text, email. Took an hour off work drove 30 mins there, (then 30 mins back), waited in line, spoke with employee at desk. He verified under warranty and handed me a piece of paper with a 1-800 for Shark customer service, “have a nice day… next please!” NEVER again Best Buy or Shark. Couple years ago while at home in VT got a notification that my order was picked up in Boston. Called fraud immediately, someone used my Best Buy card. They verified it wasn’t me, they investigated for 2 months, I got a letter that it wasn’t me, not responsible for purchases. 6 months later purchases are still there and I’m paying for it. Called again- “why didn’t you call before?” 🤬 Got another letter confirming not my purchases they’ll be removed. 2 yrs later still there and I’m paying for it. NEVER again Best Buy or Citi Bank.

Online inventory is wrong. Attempted to buy online and pick up in person- but was out stock when I drove 45 minutes to pick up. Tried buying from another store (2 hours away). Called the store to see if they actually have the item in stock- after third call I was told they are NOT physically in the store, they can’t contact the store and can not transfer to me to speak with someone to confirm item is in stock before driving 2 hours to pick up. The persons online want me to buy it online and wing it. I said no. This is terrible customer service.
