Went to Best Buy last night to buy a laptop. There was one sales person working in the electronics department after wait for over twenty minutes I asked a couple of other workers if the could help. They said that they could radio for help in which they did. After a additional 15 minutes of waiting I got discouraged and walked out with nothing. I am discouraged and when people say buy local it is just as easy to order online.
