It had been years since I had been to this Best Buy. I remember going and browsing dvds back in the day! Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised with how it's been updated. The TV selection is awesome and they have a lot of different gadgets and technologies (New and old) to browse.

This is a review of my only experience at this Best Buy location and specifically of Will in the Home Computer section. I visited having done some online research and looking for an entry level laptop that could perform basic email and business functions (like document and presentation creation) to supplement my desktop model. But I'm inexperienced with laptops and their specs. Will found me in the laptop section - I was looking at Windows-equipped models when I intended to be looking at Chromebooks! Will explained the differences between value-oriented Windows laptops and Chrome-enabled versions and contrasted the pros and cons of the different categories. He incorporated feedback about my desired specs and balanced it with pricing to help narrow down the options and provide several selections that would fit my needs. While I had considered purchasing from an online retailer, my visit to Best Buy was a positive experience and I bought a model in-store because Will had the knowledge I needed and also the understanding and thoughtfulness that I appreciated. An unusually high combination of both abilities, I would revisit this Best Buy because of Will.
