I was helping a family member decide on a security system. Colby was very helpful and straight forward. Even kept a sense of humor during the extended call to the bank to approve the check payment
Fairly disappointing experience. Walked in planning on buying a laptop, had one picked out in my mind. Person at the door asks if I need help, I respond with I'll browse for a little bit (to confirm my choice and not waste their time). I'm ready and ask a blue shirt if they're available, "I'm heading over to the switch but I'll let someone know." OK sounds good. Some more time goes by, door guy sees me and I tell him im ready to buy one. He says ok I'll send someone over. Another blue shirt comes to see me, I start asking about the laptop I'm interested in, about two minutes into they say they have an appointment at mobile but they'll send someone over. Sure, ok. Some more time passes by with plenty of blue shirts passing me and looking at me, no one stops to ask me if I need help because I know how common it must be to have people come visit and just stand there in the same spot for a long time. I give up and walk out, and look at my watch, 45 minutes passed. Really poor customer service, and the store didn't seem all that busy.
