We ordered a refrigerator to be delivered. The initial delivery date was 2 days after the purchase date. They canceled the delivery twice and then gave us a new estimate of a month from today. Terrible service! I canceled the order.

We purchased a new washer & dryer, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave from Best Buy on Oct 8. The salesperson helped us set up delivery appointments, but they were cancelled and rescheduled 2 days later. On the day of the washer & dryer delivery, the delivery person wasn't able to do the install because we didn't purchase a stacking unit, which we didn't know we needed. If the salesperson bothered to ask that question, we would've had at least ONE successful appliance delivery. We received numerous phone calls and emails about rescheduled and then subsequently cancelled delivery dates. We even received a call about a delivery cancellation an hour after they were expected at our home. Giving up and getting a refund on the appliances we couldn't ever seem to get delivered was our only option. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Best Buy shared they only have FOUR appliance delivery people for the entire state, so save yourself the frustration go elsewhere.
