Worst delivery ever! I bought a washer and dryer from Best Buy, and they used a partner company for delivery and installation. They delivered the set but did a horrible job installing, and just walked away telling me that I need to finish it. The guy didn't attempt to even try to install the dryer correctly, just left it blocked my back door. I signed just to get them out of my house. Best Buy nor the delivery company never followed up with me to see if I got the delivery or how was my delivery experience, and I know why. They know that they are giving customers bad service. Best Buy needs to do much better. I'll buy only from Home Depot or Lowe's from now on, because I haven't never had issues like this with them and I have bought multiple appliances from them over the years. If you are reading this, be careful. I wished I had stayed buying from the other guys and never dealt with Best Buy.
