Worst customer service. Go there only if you have a lot of free time and money to waste
They wasted 1 and half hours unnecessarily to try to activate a faulty pre paid sim card before returning it. After 4 failed attempts from 4 different employees, They denied refund as their system denied refund for a faulty product. Every time when they were asked if it can be returned, they told yes, but they wanted to try to fix it one more time before returning it. And.. after wasting more than 1 hour , they decided refund.
Don’t believe their technicians, they don’t even have enough brain to read and understand simple instructions on products.
I wish I could give them 0 star.
I spent thousands of dollars at this store in last few years. Not again.

Item was not in stock. Waste of time. Shop elsewhere. Bought item on Amazon instead.
The worker was super chill and didn't say anything when he noticed me puttinng food in my pocket during checkout. Lol those dummas managers really couldn't catch me😹
