WATCH PRICES AT CHECKOUT!!!
I visited the store to purchase a television. After selecting one, I found the price was approximately $40 more than the displayed price tag. The staff explained that I had chosen the wrong television, so I returned to the display. Despite several televisions matching the description on the tag, they claimed they were out of stock and offered only a non-functional television that also lacked a remote. I returned the television and selected a second choice. This television also rang up approximately $15 more than the listed price. Frustrated, I paid the extra amount, politely declined additional offers, and left. I will not be returning to this store. Please remember to check prices at the register.

One of the worst experience ever. Did an online order with trade-in. I want to pick it up, they mess up the trade-in and cancelled it. They were not able to fix their own mistake. Now, I either has to pay the full price with no trade-in or wait a few days until I was able to order the same phone again. The experience supervisor told me to give him a call once I was able to order again so he can speed up the pickup time as he will set aside the phone. He got my name and phone number. Once I was able to order again, I give him a call only for him to act like he never knew me. I told him why I was calling and explain but he acted it wasn't his business. Told me to wait for a week before I could pick it up. Unlike what he promise me after the incident. Completely unprofessional.
