The geek squad stole my inserts to my apple headphones, along with my Smart Case! I contacted Apple they said to contact the store. I live 1.5 hours away from this location, I called the store a call center answered the call said I had to contact the store but they do not take any phone calls!!! This is stealing and not wanting to fix the issue that came from this location! I do not recommend sending anything in from this geek squad they are not trained and they don’t give a crap about you or the problems they have caused!!! I am also leaving a complaint with BBB and Apple and a police report that I made while typing this review out
