I purchased a T.V. and returned the next day unopened and he went thru the box like there was something missing. I said is there something wrong and I didn't get a response. So he refunded the money and I still don't know what the problem was. Won't be going back any time soon.

Made an online purchase for store pick up because it said pick up would be available in an hour, went to the store on my lunch break after 2 hours of placing the order of one item and when I arrived they said it wasn’t ready and all the staff did was look up my phone number and said it was unavailable. I had to cancel the order since it no longer worked with my schedule and I did not receive a full refund so I essentially had to pay solely for the companies inability to provide accurate information.

Over the past few decades I’ve bought all of my appliances, a lot of stereo equipment, most of my TVs, computer stuff, etc. at Best Buy. Recently, I was forced to go to Lowe’s to buy my kitchen appliances because I couldn’t get any help at Best Buy. I thought that was unusual but I had to do it. Today, I needed to buy three cell phones and service For them. I could not find an employee! I’m not saying that they were all busy. The place was flat out empty. I could not find an employee. They have a sign upfront that says look for a blue shirt for help. Guess what? Nobody’s wearing a blue shirt. I saw what is probably a manager Scurry away into the shelves and then look at me from a distance rather than ask me if I needed help. So, I left and I’m buying them elsewhere. Best Buy, just shut this place down already. It’s hopeless.
