I am leaving this 5-Star review for some of the best customer service anyone could ever ask for. I was in need of a new cell phone, I already ordered one from Motorola but UPS had the usual delays in shipping. So on my way to South Bend I stopped in to buy a new phone and I am so happy for my perfect timing. After looking around for a few minutes I was approached by Jackson asking if I needed any help, I asked for a particular color which unfortunately was not in stock, but it was not a deal breaker. After retrieving my requested phone, I had no plans to buy a screen protector or a case but because of his no pressure approach, I was more than happy to purchase both. After a small delay because I was not sure how to use Affirm as payment in store, the remainder of the transaction went smoothly. Best-Buy consider yourself extremely fortunate to have an associate who cares for the customers and that "without pressure" sales approach is very rare. Thanks Jackson for making my trip into your store more enjoyable and stress free.

Impossible to talk to the local store. Their IVR FORCES YOU TO TALK WITH CORPORATE! I’m *not* happy!!
First off Tanner helped me at 10 am when I walked in and helped me until 11. He is absolutely amazing and full of knowledge when it comes to pc gaming. I usually play console but wanted to move up to a more immersive experience. And Tanner answered every question and concern I had. He told me what was good and what was bad and which ones were great. He wasn't just try to get me in and and get me out quick. He took his time. I've worked as a manager in customer service for 12 years. And I wish I had 20.tanners in my store. Great customer service , great attitude, and a smile . The 3 do's of great customer service. I'll be back just because of Tanner.
