Used to love best buy. All my tech in one place. Always great customer service until today. Bought a new 65 in TCL 65qm6k today. Brought it home put it together and nothing no power on the TV. Here is where the trouble really starts for me. I called the store number I got off the internet and of course I got an automated answering question bs. I keep say I want to talk to customer service. They connect me to a call center in who know where. I told them I want customer service in my home store. Tried once sorry sir can't get through. Ok well I want someone form the store load up another tv and bring it to my house and take this one with them. I was rude and upset I will admit it so they just hang up on me. So call again. Now I get told they can exchange it but not for another 5 days. Ok so you going to compensate me for my tv that doesn't work. Well sir I can set up an exchange at the store. No the most dangerous part for a big tv is transport. If I said yes and the screen cracked on the way back to the store it would have been on me. So then he's says they can change it out in 5 days and they will call me the day before and let me know when they can be at my house. That's not going to work unless it's after 3 pm I have a job. We'll sir I will see if they will accommodate that. Now really where is customer service why should I have to have an act of congress seem like when all they should have done in my opinion is loaded it up on a truck brought me the new one and took this one. I live 10 minutes from the store. Am I asking for to much in today's society?

Absolute garbage! First off have a phone that customers can talk to the store not an online call center that can't do anything. Bought a 1000 dollar gas range last week was installed today and.it didn't work. Drove to Best buy cause I had to go to Kokomo anyway. The staff person told me to contact a number and they would come out and replace it. After 5btimes of calling and being transfered another 5 times ,finally reached someone to which they replied there is nothing they can do I have to go back to the store. I tried calling the store which then transfers u back to a call center. So now I have to drive back to Kokomo(45 minute drive) for this nonsense to continue. Do not buy appliances from here. You'll never get it figured out.

I recently made an online purchase and picked it up from Best Buy. The woman who helped me over the phone informed me of a few accessories that were on sale. I purchased a 32 Gig dual stick ram and 1T SSD for around $140. These were significant upgrades to my current computer for a pretty good price. I'm also waiting on Geek Squad to come fix my drier, which has been an awesome drier up until this recent issue. No complaints and only positive marks about these guys.
