I bought a TV 2 months ago from the Kokomo Indiana store. I purchased the warranty. After I was high pressured into it from the salesman. The TV went out and they won't do anything about it. I feel like I have been ripped off. You can't even call the store. It send me to India. I will never buy anything from them again. Very poor service 😢

Apple customer service sent me to this BestBuy saying this store had a carrier unlocked iPhone Pro Max 17 in stock and available to purchase. When I drove to this store, the sales representative told me I could only purchase the iPhone with AT&T or Verizon and refused to sell me the unlocked version. I am literally flying out of the country and need to use an international SIM. I see now why brick and mortar stores are going the way of the Dodo. Someone is not telling the truth. Is it Apple customer service or BestBuy?

I Like Best Buy, But I Get Tired Of Them Trying To Sell Me Every Accessory In The Store, And They Really Push This $50.00 Member Fee, Which Is A Major Hassle Trying To Cancel, I Just Want To Make My Purchase And Go About My Way.
