This store never answers their phone. It just rings indefinitely. When you finally arrive, you see the staff hanging out and playing around instead of attending to customers. The customer service here is terrible! I wish it were more like the Best Buy in Carmel, where they actually answer their phones!

I dialed the Kokomo, Indiana store phone number, and instead of reaching the local Best Buy associate, I was transferred to a virtual sales associate in a corporate call center. This is completely unacceptable for customer service. I wanted to speak with someone at the Kokomo store, not an impersonal representative potentially thousands of miles away. When did customer service take a back seat in your operations? Your stores have grown too large, and it’s evident that you are neglecting the customer experience. I have decided to take my $2000, which I intended to spend at the Kokomo Best Buy, and take it to Lowe’s instead, where they actually value their customers and answer their calls locally. I am extremely disappointed in Best Buy's leadership for allowing this level of service to persist. This lost revenue is a direct consequence of poor customer service, and it's a failure that ultimately reflects on the CEO for permitting such practices to occur.

Used to love best buy. All my tech in one place. Always great customer service until today. Bought a new 65 in TCL 65qm6k today. Brought it home put it together and nothing no power on the TV. Here is where the trouble really starts for me. I called the store number I got off the internet and of course I got an automated answering question bs. I keep say I want to talk to customer service. They connect me to a call center in who know where. I told them I want customer service in my home store. Tried once sorry sir can't get through. Ok well I want someone form the store load up another tv and bring it to my house and take this one with them. I was rude and upset I will admit it so they just hang up on me. So call again. Now I get told they can exchange it but not for another 5 days. Ok so you going to compensate me for my tv that doesn't work. Well sir I can set up an exchange at the store. No the most dangerous part for a big tv is transport. If I said yes and the screen cracked on the way back to the store it would have been on me. So then he's says they can change it out in 5 days and they will call me the day before and let me know when they can be at my house. That's not going to work unless it's after 3 pm I have a job. We'll sir I will see if they will accommodate that. Now really where is customer service why should I have to have an act of congress seem like when all they should have done in my opinion is loaded it up on a truck brought me the new one and took this one. I live 10 minutes from the store. Am I asking for to much in today's society?
