Everyone was so helpfull I had an emergency earbud situation while on a motocycle ride and thwse guys kicked ass. Thabk you Kristine and security officer Bedi you all made my day.

Do not upgrade your AT&T phone line here. The people who work at this Best Buy for AT&T are 3rd party and are scammers. I came into this store for something else and was approached by an AT&T 3rd party employee promising they can lower my monthly bill by $60 & upgrade my phone. A month later my phone bill increased by $170 dollars and my line was upgraded to a bunch of things I dont need, which was not what I argued to.
Dysfunctional staff. No one helps you; if an employee does look your way, they just ask you to wait a moment. They really need to address this. I felt invisible inside the store, even after asking for assistance. I left and received excellent service at the Puyallup store instead.
