I hope this Best Buy never close. We are losing places to shop. So come out and shop to keep these businesses open. It's also good for your health.
I had an absolutely horrible experience trying to get a dash cam installed for my car. I had an appointment for 10:30am on a Friday, paid for the service to occur, arrived for the appointment 15 minutes early, at 10:45 I was told that I did not actually have an appointment and the man refused to perform the service. He only offered to reschedule the appointment three weeks later, even though the website has appointment availability all day. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I’d never recommend anyone even attempt to have an installation here. Worst of all, everyone I interacted with was either rude or dismissive, and I highly recommend against ever coming to this store and organization.
Kept selling me broken products, and it is too cumbersome to keep going back and forth here when I found out.
