Jason was the salesman greeting me at the door, right away, he began to find out what I needed without any pressure I was looking for a copilot laptop, "two in one" for my wife's birthday, I told him I was looking for durability and graphics, and he led me to the exact model I needed, he helped me with the selection of packages For warranty, even offered me a refund when the sale would come in effect at a later date. He was very patient, very thoughtful, there was no pressure whatsoever, felt very comfortable with him. Having the geek squad on hand was also a great additional bonus. Highly recommended.
Staff at this store know less than nothing—and they won’t even share that with you. Many standing around doing nothing, but talking to each other.
Back door is always locked—despite sign saying it is open Thursday to Monday 11.30 onwards.
Apple techs are leven less knowledgeable than the other staff. The price matching policy is a fallacy. Cost includes delivery, set up and appliance removal in their price. Best Buy don’t match this.
Don’t waste your time coming here—the staff at McDonalds know more about their product than these guys do
