Rude and unhelpful staff. We placed an order to be picked up in store only to be told once we arrived that they didn’t have it in stock. We had to cancel our order and go to PC Richards for our appliance instead. They were a significantly better organized store and much more helpful staff. Would not recommend going to this store, even for a simple pickup order. Edit: laughable how their response to this is to make the customer do more work for them to fix their operational issues. I now understand why Best Buy is slowly going out of business.

We bought a dishwasher with free delivery and setup, delivery was messed up twice, waited all day for a whoops at the very end . Can't say I'm impressed. We love wasted days. Nothing better to do. Will post again when and if we get it. Nobody's rushing to make up for. disappointment. I don't X, Facebook or social anything to be able to communicate with management. So now August 5, we were informed that tomorrow's delivery is off again. They have people but no dishwasher this time. I get the feeling that Best buy wants us to throw up our hands and go to pc richard. What a fiasco.
