Went to buy the apple watch but they dont even let you try it on for security reasons , so your not even able to try on the product your buying , its a watch its supposed to be on your hand to be tested smh .🤦♂️

For the uninitiated, this store is full of dead on arrival electronics ranging from Appliances to phones. Countless times I’ve purchased from this Best Buy Central Avenue location and to my dismay be surprised with a dead on arrival electronic. Today was much similar to the previous letdowns as I purchased an LG TV, and upon unboxing, i noticed there was a huge crack and dent on the screen. Also, don’t get suckered into buying the my Best Buy membership when they tell you that you get a discount and you pay for the membership so it’s like you’re paying for the product at full price so that way, when you do come into a dead on arrival appliance or Electronic, you can Only receive 70% of your refund as the memberships are not refundable at least not in a way where it doesn’t cause a headache. Nice one Best Buy
