Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, quick check out.
Poor customer service. Lots of employees aimlessly standing around, ignoring a line of customers to chit chat. We went in to simply buy a phone and felt they did not want our business nor did they care about wasting your time.

Terrible customer service.
The employees walk around acting like they are busy, doing absolutely nothing. Walking around like they are lost, at the same time showing that they really don’t want to be there and don’t care.

It’s one more f the few left in the area. They have your staple items. Not as busy as they used to be. Their stock is decent. I seem to always find what I need here. Staff is curious and patient. They are usually more than happy to help you look for something. Geek squad and a mini Apple Store inside as well.
