I only come to this location if I absolutely have to—usually when I need something right away and can’t wait. Otherwise, I make the effort to visit a different Best Buy. This time, I came because my daughter really wanted a laptop for her birthday, and I was hoping the experience would be different. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Every visit here feels the same: one employee is doing their best to help a long line of customers, while several others stand around chatting. A small handful of staff actually seem willing to help, but the rest act as if you’re bothering them when you ask a question. Some brush you off with excuses, only to be seen moments later hanging around. Others avoid eye contact altogether, hoping you won’t approach them.
The service at this store is consistently disappointing, and the overall experience is awful. In the end, I canceled my order and had to make my daughter wait for her gift.
