I purchased what I believed was a brand new portable AC at this location yesterday. Upon opening the box this morning we discovered it was used. This was sold to us at the price of a "brand new AC," but it was FILTHY. The box was sealed like brand new, and put with other ACs on the floor for purchase. There was no sticker indicating it was used. Minor cosmetic damage is fine, but selling a product that is covered in dust and clearly was returned is unacceptable and quite honestly a health hazard. Not only did this location sell us a product at regular price, but it clearly was made to look like it was brand new from the outside. Even for refurbished standard this was BAD. After carrying this heavy AC down to a basement apartment & then having to carry it back up, I will not be returning here. Stop messing around with peoples health!! This is hazardous and should be illegal !! Check your products upon return and stop being lazy. If your employees refuse to follow policy, fire them. You're losing business.

There are two reasons for one star. The young lady that greeted me at the entrance was so kind polite Persians helpful and 2. Because you’re not given the option for 0 stars.
Laptop wouldn’t turn on so I decided to give the geek squad a try. Big mistake. Get called by a very difficult to understand woman to set the appointment and take the details on my issue. Although very pleasant, it took forever. And in effort to avoid a 6” review, I arrive to the store only to be “assisted” by a very drab, extremely uninformed person who gave me three options. 1. We don’t work on those because it’s more than 5 years old. What!? 5 years ok?!? Ok unacceptable in my opinion as it was fixed by another local business but something they could have told me over the phone and saved me an hour. 2. We can send it out but it’s one hundred dollars for shipping and support and could take 4-6 weeks since it’s going to Kentucky (from NY) or 3. We can show you what we have in stock giving me the option to upgrade. Needless to say, they officially made the list and when I see another headline story of all the locations that will be closing, I’ll understand why and have no sympathy.
