Horrible customer service I walk in ask at the front desk for car stereos and was told go to the back near tvs and the gentleman will help me I stand and wait forever it seems like so I walk back to the front and ask again the gentleman said he was just up here so I go to the back again and wait forever again so finally I walk to the front and tell the guy I’m out there’s no one working back there so now !!! This is why I encourage everyone shop at home it’s better shop online don’t go to the store and never do business with Best Buy ever again
