Why is the Santa Fe store consistently bad? I walked in intending to buy a flagship smart phone. I walked out empty-handed. Staff did not know what they were doing and sent me to Verizon. It’s no wonder this store is a ghost town! Incompetent staff, and nonexistent management. This is why people shop on Amazon Instead of brick and mortar stores.

Yall gotta stop using stupid ai to answer ur phones. U could be the Monk or the Pope and be the nicest person alive I will still hate u for enabling and using Ai. Not to mention it kept me on hold for 20 freaking minutes. I had a question that only took 5 seconds to answer and ur stupid ai robot kept me on hold. We are absolutely devolving as a society and ill gladly tell ur stupid ai bot to it's graphics it sucks.

Employees are useless, went in at 10am on June 21, and stood in the phone section for 15 minutes before an employee came over to "help". Other customers were given immediate attention before me despite coming in after. When an employee did come over, they were clearly annoyed that they were expected to do their job, and quickly told me that they couldn't help me order a phone from the 3rd party marketplace companies in store. Not sure if that's actually the case or if they were just trying to get rid of me. Long story short, the employees here absolutely don't want to do their job and help customers, no wonder this store is usually empty
