I personally have had a great experience with Best Buy. My installation went perfectly and when my refrigerator door didn’t close properly, they came to try and fix it. I was within the 15 day window and I was given the opportunity to order a new refrigerator, which I did I was not charged for the end, stall and delivery. I am really impressed with their accounting and the way they immediately credited my account. It was easy to see all of my orders I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from Best Buy.

I love this store have great electronics although one thing im not happy about is the remote control to my TV is not included in the warranty which I feel is unfair and should be since they come together and work together other than that im a satisfied customer.
