On September 14th 2525 12pm noon i went in to buy a phone case. And I found the only case that matched my phone, and it was opened. I know Best Buy offers a discount if the boxes are open but this product wasn't marked so I told a young woman at the front If she could discount it because the box is open. And I know Best Buy offers a discount even if the product is in excellent condition. So I asked her if I could have the discount. And she refused. I thought businesses were open to make money!!?? Companies and people open up businesses, so they can pay their rent, keep buying inventory, pay their bills,etc...Well I have no idea how Best Buy is gonna do that, when they literally have absolutely NO help on the floor!!
I went in in hopes to buy a TV and get suggestions, somebody to help me decide what would be best for my needs,etc.. After finding nobody on the floor,I had to go up to where the entry was only to find out no one is there.So I walked out.
I don't know how you guys are going to stay in business when you don't have anybody there to help!!! Not only does that encourage stealing, but that'll shut your doors down in a hurry, since people will find somewhere else to go to buy,
since you're not the only electronics store!
Is best buys business that bad that you can't find or don't wanna pay for help?Well, this is making it worse for you!
