We bought a chrome book for my daughter (14) and on the second day while she was using it she touched the screen…it was a touch screen….a mark appeared and the screen flaked out. We took it back to Best Buy and they refused to replace or refund it because they said it was accidental damage. It is not accidental damage if you are using the equipment as it was intended and only two days after purchase. Very disappointing.

The worst experience we have ever received at any Best Buy location! Had to search for a worker to get some help at which point we were told to wait cause no one who knew tvs were working that day but they would try to help once they got done with everyone else. Then after ten minutes we approached the same person who was just sitting behind the service desk on her phone to ask her again for assistance and she gave us the same response. Clearly they didnt want to make a huge dollar sale.
*Avoid this location at all cost and continue on to either kalamazoo or holland if you want any type of service! *

Went to purchase three laptops (two different models) and they only had one in stock. After ordering, I was informed shipping would be faster than an in-store pickup. Sales associate information proved incorrect. The package will take six days to arrive. Would recommend just ordering from Amazon or the vendor versus Best Buy next time.
