Charged a membership fee that I didn’t realize a year ago when I made a large purchase on a game system- so this year it automatically renewed and they won’t refund it. They cancelled it, but will not issue a refund. $50 was taken from my account. Seriously? I don’t even shop here often; maybe once every five years. Now I definitely won’t shop there again. I’m good on that scam.

I went into best buy to exchange my fire stick because the remote quit working, and Ryan was my cashier, he wasn't very welcoming first of all and second he wasn't really helpful, he was trying to get me to pay for another fire stick when I had a 4yr warranty on it. I feel like he was doing everything in his power to keep me from getting my replacement and I dont understand why! I get the protection plan for this a reason! I had to pretty much tell him how to do his job, he needs more training or something because I wasn't happy when I left!
