Excellent experience at this store. Every employee I came into contact with - from the door greeter/AP guy to the rep at the customer service counter and the people at Geek Squad - were super friendly and incredibly pleasant to deal with. Walked out very pleased with my time here.

Sold my grandma "the best wireless headset available" just for it to work 4 times then start having technical issues, I am no longer able to use the mic to talk, don't know why they would sell outdated a20 astro headsets while saying they're great. Pretty insane
