Lionel was AWESOME!!!!! I'm lost for words on my experience today at best buy, I've came to best buy before but the customer satisfaction I got for him was over the top. I had to let him get back to work because I felt like I was holding him up, but I had more questions but we'll resume the conversation when I come back for my next purchase. Lionel thank you for a great best buy experience.

Blaidamir was amazing. Looked up the product we were shopping for ....took us to it and rang us up at the desk so we didn't have to wait in a long line. Very friendly and extremely helpful. My husband and I were in and out quickly with no hassle. At the end of the transaction he ended on a positive note wishing us well and happy holidays . Best customer service we have received in a long time. Way to go Blaidamir , keep up the amazing customer service.
Headphones $30 higher at register than the price tag under item on shelf and what it says they are online. Walmart and Target were fined for this crap. Associate didnt even want to check the price or help. Great job Bestbuy!
So it probably isn't a shock to anyone that best buy as a company is hot garbage but it's still kind of annoying that I just bought an open box TV certified as being in excellent condition from the Wilmington store, got home and it had no power cord or stand in the box.
Customer service said that sometimes they sell items open box that have missing items. But the description said nothing about it. Also how can you certify that an item is in excellent condition if you can't even plug it in?!
I guess they'd rather just take a shot and let it be returned multiple times.
I haven't been to BB in years and this reminds me why.
