Pretty terrible experience. Bought a tv wasn’t able to return it for 3.5 weeks when I finally got to return it they told me oh sorry our policy is 15 days unless you buy it nov 1st through the new year. They refused even to give us store credit! The tv was 500 dollars we were literally going to buy a laptop that night. Long story short they made us buy a 50$ membership to rewards or something just to return it! Never have I ever experienced anything like this! The tv hadn’t even been taken out of the box! Very unfortunate will never recommend Best Buy simply because of there return policy. And not to mention the fact that the manager easily has the discretion to approve of at least store credit but refused to is sad. Bad business

Though the 15-day return period has been in place for over 10 years, being told that the only way to have a return outside of this time frame is to purchase a membership, is not the experience that we want for our customers.
