Connor with the Geek Squad home services is excellent! Technical skills and able to explain operation of a Google home nest to a 93 year old blind lady. Great service!
1st of all, absolute nightmare getting someone on the phone. Trying to get help with purchase of Receiver, turntable, CD player and high end wireless speakers. Couldn't seem to make the lady understand what I'm looking for.

I think it’s just Best Buy that I don’t like, I don’t even think it’s individual stores. I think it’s just the way that they view customer service, quality of care, and their integrity. I’ve been to three Best Buy’s in the last three days and each experience has been the same, awful.
