Review: 0 Stars What a shock. I went into Best Buy looking for a simple laser pointer and clicker, only to be told by four different staff members that they don’t sell them anymore. Imagine my surprise when I checked the website and saw they’re clearly listed and available. It’s frustrating when the employees—especially the newer ones—don’t seem to know their own products or how to help customers. Very disappointing experience.

Waiting 3 weeks for my $750 refund on a lap top I never received. I will never enter a Best Buy again. I took Best Buy's advice and contacted them through Instagram. After 2 hours I gave up. Worst experience ever.

Purchased an item online was suppose to pick up the item Friday. On Wednesday status on item was received but get to the store was told there warehouse doesn’t even have it. Online order still says pickup today
