Best Buy scammed my elderly mother, pressuring her to make a purchase with an offer of $120 in rewards. When she tried to use the rewards just a few weeks later, they said they "already expired". That's just dishonest and exploitative. They knew at the time of sale that the rewards would expire soon, and they intentionally hid that information from her.

The guy went back and got the tv and even offered to bring it to my car
Be aware. No pokemon sales during the week, even for restock items. Only on Saturdays for everything. Sooo incredibly stupid and the odd one against all other best buys. They really do just want chaos on Saturdays. I understand new releases but even other restock items as well. I hope u know this hurts the community not helps it. Change your policy to allow restocked items be sold when product is available. New releases is ok for saturdays but not everything at once.

Thanks for leaving a review. It can be frustrating when a store does not have Pokemon items for sale during the week. If you'd like to formally document your review, please send a private message on social media. Please include Google Review 135396 in your message.
