How do I check product availability at the Slidell Best Buy?

Staff is not knowledgeable or patient.
After asking many times: "are you sure this is the right size for the product I'm buying right now". The worker said yes. It was wrong size. Now I have to go back to the store on top of the store not picking up their phone because they're moving towards Ai and customer support over the phone only.
