Ending my relationship with Best Buy. They couldn’t deliver the order and when called they couldn’t tell me what was going on with the order and finally they couldn’t cancel the order. I have no idea what the problem is but the customer service took a huge dump and they’re not worth dealing with anymore.

Good selection and competitive price. However 2 times I tried to get help buying cameras and speakers, there was nobody to help. I took business elsewhere.
Purchased a new setup after 15 years. Stuck with the Sony Bravia series with Sony Soundbar. The rep (Jeremy) was more than helpful. Knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and was honest in his product assessment. Request him for any media needs. This was the West Hartford location.
