Terrible Customer Service and representation. Management needs to consider the attitudes people have before they have them working with customers and should reassign negative & disrespectful people to other positions in the back.
On 4/14 I visited this location to pay my best buy credit card off. Jayden, who is the employee who caused this review, immediately seemed annoyed that I was paying in cash (It was 17 bills of the same denomination) but completed my payment with no problems other then his annoyed demeaner. After I asked if I can use my reward points without my physical card (I left it in my desk at home this day) And Jayden assured me that I could while keeping his annoyed and uninterested attitude. I made my way to the computer section and grabbed a mouse which took me three to five minutes MAX.
I return to Jayden at the counter to ring my item up and reaffirmed to him I'm using my reward points. We go through the manual account lookup process, but without asking me permission, or the bare minimum of asking what method id like to pay, Jayden proceeds to charge my credit card in full and didn't even use my rewards. The card thing was whatever but after handing me my recipt I saw the rewards weren't applied to my total and confronted Jayden, to which he responds "You expect me to remember that bro? That was ten minutes ago". This was $85 In rewards, Not a minuscule amount of money
Another employee walks behind Jayden and his defensive demeaner changes but he kept up with his disrespectful attitude while fixing his error, which he never apologized for either. After this occurred I tried calling the store twice to put my complaint in but was put on a endless hold both times. I returned to the store to speak with a manager and she told me id be getting the chance to do a survey which I was never emailed for, hence why I'm putting my complaint on here.

I went into buy a small freezer. I'd been researching for a while. I had spoken with Best Buy staff for a while about whether or not I could get it home in my vehicle. They all agreed I could not. And when I went back later and chose to buy an open box freezer instead, they prepared it and wrapped it and loaded in into the vehicle I had and were very responsive, friendly, and efficient.
