I had 2 gentlemen help. I think 1 was team LG and the other was team Samsung or something else. My biggest concern was for longevity of performance for a TV. When I found out that none of the brands have anything for me in that category, my best info came from Google. I asked for the best TV in the size I wanted, it recommended a TV, I asked them to get it for me and they did. FYI, if you want a center stand, they sell a great one! Most of the tvs didn't have that option. My advice is, know what you're looking for before you go!
Gone there twice, never purchased anything. Once looking for a mechanical keyboard and once looking for computer components (cpu, mobo, gpu, ram, etc). Their selection on both is extremely limited and what they do have is priced consistently above or equal to what you can get the exact same items for online. Don't waste your time. Just order your stuff on amazon/newegg. Why would I go to a brick and mortar location for a worse experience yall?
Most items are locked behind doors. There are zero employees available to unlock our sell items to customers. I spent 5+ min looking around for one employee and was unable to. So I left unable to purchase any items. Need to hire more people with keys and get them to engage customers.
