Store is fine. Geek squad has now rescheduled my tv mounting 3 times. Will my tv ever get mounted. We may never know.

I'll drive over an hour through the Rocky Mts. or walk into Mordor just for this Best Buy. It's nice to have a brick & mortar store where the entire team is helpful, knowledgeable, and remembers you. It's not about the products being sold, but how the experience is personalized - and everyone there does a stellar job. Shoutout to Alyssa for her honest support and patience with my purchase! *Looks directly at camera* "If there's something you need to get, get it at Best Buy" :D
Would not recommend getting the pulse head set for PS5 Headset refuses to connect to the USB and I've only had the headset a couple months definitely not worth the money
