Staff were generally useless. Had some questions regarding apple pencil. They knew nothing. Do your research before you come in otherwise do not expect intelligent help.

I purchased a pc for pickup today this store, Best Buy withdrew the money, and waited 6 days to let me know the item was apparently out of stock despite 4 or 5 vlbeing in stock around the Denver area.
Thanks guys, I get to wait a week for the money to come back into my account so I MISSED ALL THE BLACK FRIDAY deals, even at your competitors, because my whole pc budget was tied up with this stupid order.
I will never spend a cent a best buy ever again, awful service. Glad I didn't end up with a pc I saved all year for and now get to pay extra for caused I missed all the specials due to your incompetence.
Was in here on a slow Tuesday to look at tablets. Was ignored for almost twenty minutes, and even bumped by employee that was tatted and looked like he flunked out of gym class. I asked for his help as he walked by, he looked at me and continued on.
