I have almost 30m waiting for help, no one is getting here to help me with my purchase maybe because im hispanic, no wonders why people is getting everything online now, how disappointing i just to love this store alot, i don’t need to be chansing the vendors is like someone go to a restaurant and ask for food and you need to chase the chef

Bobby the manager was outstanding in helping me retrieve a device that I had returned. 1 + 13, a great phone that is underappreciated and not very supported. I decided to ditch Xfinity and switch to T-Mobile. Bobby was super helpful. Thank you sir.

DO NOT come to this store if any of ur exspensive electronics break after 4 months geek squad is rude and they expect u to wait over a week just to have them repair or even look at the issue. I pay alot yearly to be a geek squad member and get no love or help ever at this store from there geek squad dept. Worst geek squad dept ever.. ive spent over 33k at this store in 2 years and cant even get no help on my repair it blows my mind 😳
