Went out of my way to go to an actual store instead of ordering online because I wanted an in person interaction while thinking about buying a product. Was helped but the person helping me seemed annoyed to even be there and was answering my questions with one word answers. Made me feel like I was a burden and stupid for asking questions. I just felt really uncomfortable and so instead I decided to not buy the product in store. I’ll just go online in the future, or perhaps a different Best Buy.

Paid $249 to have a TV mounted. I specifically requested the Geek Squad, and I was assured it would be. They sent a very unprofessional third-party contractor who did an incomplete and sloppy job. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy.
