This place needs additional help. The service here is terrible. This review was on around the beginning of 2026. I went today 1/30/26.
I checked out and went to my truck, then realized the device I purchased was not what I needed. I returned to the store to exchange it, but there was no receipt in the bag. I’m not sure if it was accidentally left out, but it took about 15 minutes for staff to locate the transaction, even though I had been in the store just 10 minutes earlier.
When I came back in, I asked a gentleman near the Apple section to help me get the correct iPad 13 Pro case. He placed it at the front for checkout, but once I was already on Highway 280, I realized it was the wrong case. Considering I had clearly asked for the correct one—and after already waiting so long to resolve the receipt issue—it was frustrating to leave the store a second time with the wrong item.

Excellent customer service
Terrance assisted me on 01/15/2026. He answered all my questions precisely about phone cases and screen protectors. We were able to work together to figure out which case and screen protector was my best for my phone. He’s a great guy who’s knowledgable about devices and accessories for devices.
I have been a customer of best buy for yearscbut this was the worst purchase experience I ever had. After purchasing a TV for about 1000 and paying over 500 more for warranty, and installation,I could not get sound on the tv to work on u yube tv. I knew it was a simple problem because I could cast and get sound. I tried to speak with someone in geek squad but they don't take calls at the store or geek squad. This took over 30 minutes on hold to find out so i I had to schedule a home visit. It was a 5 day wait then I would have to give a 3 hour window. I found someone else on the phone and it was fixed in 5 minutes. Now to cancel the home visit i was put on extended hold so I hung up . Never will shop at Best Buy again
