I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy thanks to Brandon! I walked in to return an item, and even though the store was busy and no one was immediately available, Brandon stepped up right away. He didn’t just ignore me or defer—it was clear he cared. He went out of his way to contact the returns associate and, without hesitation, handled my return himself. Brandon is the kind of employee who truly defines great customer service—he went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it!
Devon was the associate that assisted me. My laptop wasn’t working and I couldn’t determine if it was the laptop or the charging cord. He tried to help me find a cord but there were none in the store. Still conflicted on whether or not if it was the charger. Devon went the extra mile, went to the geek squad and found a charger for my computer so we can determine whether or not it’s was the computer or the charger….. It was the charger Thank you, Devon even though that’s why I did not have the charger I needed The experience was very helpful.
The manager was extremely rude
I visited this electronics store looking for a new laptop for work, and the experience was much smoother than expected. Instead of pushing the most expensive model immediately, the employee actually asked about my daily needs and recommended several realistic options within budget. He explained differences in storage, battery life, and performance in simple terms without sounding overly technical or impatient. Compared to other electronics stores where salespeople seem more focused on commissions, this place felt much more customer-oriented. Checkout was quick, setup advice was helpful, and I left feeling confident about the purchase instead of second-guessing everything afterward.
