How do I check product availability at the Birmingham Best Buy?

Came into the store to buy a tv for my patio. Had done some research and knew what I wanted to buy. We greeted by the sales person only to be told that was an awful tv and you need to buy this one that was $500 more expensive. I left and bought the tv elsewhere. Know your customer, don’t just try and sell the higher priced tv. Instead you made no sale. Will not return here to buy a battery. Lost bmy business forever.
