Horrible customer service when trying to talk to someone about a laptop. Waited 30 minutes in line ( only one in line ) . Two sales people handling one customer while I waited. Manager should be teaching these kids how to do their job effiently.

Great service, as always, from Best Buy in Braintree! Recently got a new TV, humidifier, and some other things tax free weekend. Then used my RZ points to get a pair of wireless headphones for my daughter. Thanks, Best Buy 530!
Big electronic store. Sometimes the staff is not very engaging.
