Made an appointment the day before for 5:40. Got a email at 8:07 saying they were glad we were coming. Showed up and was told the person who replaces the batteries went home. There were two other appointments after us. Said they sent a email stating no one was going to be there. Received no such email. Asked for manager who had nothing new to add. Turned in my Best Buy Cars. My husband just purchased a new phone from you in Dartmouth location yesterday.. Customer service is non existent in Plymouth. You suck!
