Returned unopened starlink kit... They did accept my return outside of their 14 day return policy but I had to join some bs club and pay $50....not happy with the policy so I will be very careful.about any future purchases at BB

A little over a month ago I went through this store to purchase an Apple watch for my wife as an anniversary Gift, and I am fairly ignorant of the variety of watches and what they do. So I stated to the attendant Miss Key Harris that I wanted the Apple watch's newest model that allows Cellular service. She helped me find a watch and told me it matched my specific needs. I added some protection and bought some accessories. We'll a month later after I purchased the watch I went to my cellular provider to add the Watch and found out.... it didn't have cellular connectivity. To the surprise of the both of us. Logically I go straight over to Best Buy and speak with Miss Harris. Miss Harris denies remembering me or having any fault. Mind you I know there is a price difference and would be happy to pay it if that was an option. She informs me the watch can't be returned for what I paid for it and my only option is to buy the new one at full price, fully because I'm not a "plus" member WTH that is. When I go to a Best Buy I expect to speak with a tech professional who can hear what I need and give me the right product. According to her manager Carson the watch I wanted wasn't even there that day and I would've had to order it ... still sold the wrong watch and still not ever given that option at the time of purchase. So many bad service moments 😪. Before leaving the store annoyed and deflated on what I thought was the perfect gift was sadly just a Bluetooth watch. Tired of being told I was the one at fault and Miss Harris didn't do it if she couldn't remember it. I will never be buying from this store again. To take advantage when I went there to buy one thing and then to lie to my face not once but twice was wrong and disgusting. Miss Harris and Miss Carson should be held accountable for their lies and lack of professionalism, lack of communication skills, and honesty is appalling.
