Bought a new laptop and traded in my old one. While the in store experience was great the phone experience really stunk.
I had left a photo file on the laptop that I was hoping they could save but I was totally unable to talk to anyone in the store. I know it is my fault for forgetting to save the file to my external drive you’d think there would be a way you could talk to someone in an effort to have the files saved so until I could get back to the store
We’ll live and learn, this is what happens when the customer is unimportant and the last thing a business thinks about

So I just want to personally thank Miss Emma for helping me with my recent purchase of PC parts. I went into this best buy to check and see if there was a 5080 graphics card available. However, she was able to assist me with an entire overhaul purchase to completely upgrade my home computer. She also sold me on the idea that I could return any of the parts I purchased by joining Best Buy's membership program. Now I'm off to go put together the new rig.
