Horrible Horrible people i pay for the best buy membership and get treated so unfairly by store staff as of today I am making a formal complaint about them ridiculous on how they treat customers who provide business

My husband and I had the pleasure of being helped by Julius at the Verizon kiosk inside the Best Buy in Manalapan, NJ, and we can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was.
As older senior citizens, we often get a bit overwhelmed with new technology (we tend to lose patience with ourselves—ha ha!). But Julius was the perfect mix of professionalism, honesty, and kindness. He patiently walked me through upgrading my iPhone and made sure everything was set up properly and working smoothly.
Even more touching was how he helped us set up a phone and Apple Watch as a gift for our young grandson. He made sure everything was activated and ready to go, taking the time to explain each step in a way that made us feel comfortable and supported.
Julius turned what could’ve been a stressful visit into a truly positive and memorable experience. It’s rare to find someone who combines tech know-how with such genuine customer care. Thank you, Julius—you’re a true gem!
