Its got the same familiar design as every other bestbuy which is nice. Customer service was pretty decent, they helped me get the item I needed.
My guy Tyler was insane helpful when it came to TV knowledge. He held my hand like a child and walked me through my options. Lol His manager Bob is seriously the Swiss Army knife of Best Buy. He is in there every single time I go in and has helped me with car navigation systems, PCs, and now TVs. Does it all with great customer service. 5/5 for the hard-working guys at Best Buy. 👌
