I would not take any Apple product in for repair otherwise you can guarantee you will get charged more than you should. I was covered by AppleCare+ and my iPhone's battery was in need of service. Both Apple and BestBuy reps have confirmed there should have been no charge for the repair, but I was charged $99. Even their website says it should've been free, otherwise why have AppleCare????. Every representative on the phone has informed me there is nothing they can do and it has to be dealt with the direct store. I have attempted on multiple occasions to go into the store and have consistently gotten a response of "I will give this to my manager to review and take care of" and was assured I would receive a phone call back on the issue. Have yet to receive any type of correspondence on it and have given up. So much for being partnered and certified with Apple, pretty pathetic customer service. Sad!

Only fixes apple phones won’t repair anything else. Online information is misleading when looking for a phone repair or screen replacement
