I ordered a car starter online. Even though Blake wasn’t able to get it installed on an old Caddy he recommended where I could go and was very apologetic. Great service from Blake, that young man deserves a raise.
Service at this location is terrible.
Geek Squad was great though.

Good overall, had ti wait quite a while to get someone to help and they passed me probably 10x
Walked around for 20 minutes, nobody asked if I needed help finding anything. Then spent 15 minutes looking at TV, was going to buy, walked to customer service counter, One employee walked away, went back to TV section looked for 5 more minutes, then watched to checkout with my mouse pad. The person at check out did not even ask if I found everything I was looking for, then didn't even bag my item just handed me a receipt. Wow customer service lacking today!
