Standing in the store as we speak watching employees talking with each other, but not asking anymore if they need help. We came in knowing what we needed, easy sale. A Verizon rep came over and asked if we needed help and got employees attention.

Its got the same familiar design as every other bestbuy which is nice. Customer service was pretty decent, they helped me get the item I needed.
