Called about a specfic item.... Their answering service assured me not only did they have it but multiple in store . .. . I get to the store and was laughed at by employee. And I quote " your too late those sold out yesterday, I went to get a few more myself and they were gone" " the answering service told you that to get you in the door". 1st are you implying the employees buy up product before customers have a chance? 2nd what kinda deceptive crap is that . I don't like my time wasted anymore then anyone else .... Stopped shopping here years ago for things like this And yesterday just reaffirmed why.... Hope this helps anyone hoping to not waist their time like I did....
Store is fine, never had issues with getting help and never had any issues with staff. The call center however, is hot garbage. Text support is useless. If you have a couple brain cells and can use the app, then no need to ever call or try and use any support as it’s a waste of time. The support they offer is for people with zero access to the internet, which is almost no one. Pointless service and what’s worse, Best Buy pays for this useless service.
