I purchased a laptop from there and bought the extra protection plan. The said laptop is 2 years old. I needed a charger for it and it would blink blue not matter what charger they put in. The guy Hooks my laptop to their display and his phone..says it's the processor and I would be lucky to be able to get any of my information from it. Tells me how he's so sorry to give me the bad news, said that the slow blinking blue light was the computer communicating to us that the processor was burnt. I left with my laptop so disappointed. I called my brother and he took the laptop. It needed a charger and was in the middle of an update when it had died..thats what the blue light was..smh. He charged it and gave it back to me with a new charger. There was ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with the laptop. They wanted me to purchase another?! No way!
