Believe all of the bad reviews of this store. Manager lied to me about Best buy credit card benefits. Tried to sell me a sound bar that was not compatible with the television I was buying from them. Then today when I asked about the credit card benefits I was called a liar in a very aggressive manner. I will never purchase from this store again. I hope you close .

I don't know why but I tried to apply for a Best Buy credit card and it wouldn't go through and I have excellent credit and I don't understand the problem I was not very happy

As Citibank, N.A. is the issuer of our credit cards, I'm not sure why they had declined an account for you, but you can connect with the Best Buy Credit Card support team through Citibank at (888) 574-1301. They should also send a letter with an explanation via U.S. mail within about 30-days.
