purchased a Apple tv 4 k at Worst Buy. I purchased the product on 6-8-26 It was not what I wanted. I had an accident that left me in a wheelchair and today was the first day i was able to contact Worst Buy. I explained to their NOT customer service manager Ntomia in South Africa what happened and she said their is nothing that Worst Buy can do. I am going to create a fraud site for Best buy for everyone who has these kind of complaints can post to it. That way maybe we can force them into bankruptcy instead of them keep filing chapter 13
I had an excellent experience with Shaughnessy at Best Buy Geek Squad today. She was professional, kind, helpful, and incredibly patient while assisting me with my Apple product.
What stood out most was that the store was very busy, and she appeared to be the only one working, yet she handled everyone with grace, calmness, and genuine care. She never made me feel rushed and went out of her way to make sure I was helped.
