This store has a really good stock for the holidays and tge staff is always helpful
The last 3 times I have shopped in-store here I have left without buying anything. I had products in my cart but couldn't get any help, even though there were employees standing around talking to each other. I have gone into this store for the last time. I can buy online and get it shipped out next day for free. The employees here do not seem to want to work and if you do get one, or stand at the register in a department, they will say "go to the geek squad and someone there can help you". I finally found the item I was shopping for, only to get to checkout where the boy at the register had to cuss every time something didn't go right. I finally left. I don't shop to get bad service and to listen to foul language from employees. This store had gone downhill. I use to love to shop here. Never again.

Best Buy employees everywhere except when you cash out......one register open but 5 employees near the door. I put my purchases down and walked out as the register was 15 deep and slow
