I love Best Buy but to be honest if we had a microcenter Best Buy would never see me again lol. Still it’s my favorite store and I always end up buying computer parts or whatever else cool they have. Plus the staff can be friendly and nice when you need something.
This was a few weeks ago, but Keeton/Keaton (sorry if spelled incorrectly) was fantastic and a huge help to me. He went above and beyond to help me and really is a great asset. I have not had the best experiences with best buy, but he really tend it around. Great employee!!!

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge. It was in a price range that should have had a lighted keyboard but I still asked AI and the sales clerk. Both indicted that it did but I am unable to find that it does. It will be fine but I would not have bought it if I had known. I guess there was a reason I stopped using Bestbuy years ago.

Jake and Terrence in the PC section need to CALM THE HECK DOWN!
Pushy, loud, and annoying. Infuriating! Hard sell tactics for subscription services and apps? No thanks!
We just left the store with a new PC and I feel unclean and angry.
Logan in the same department was amazing, though. Dude's super chill and polite. Total opposite of his co-workers.
Outside of this in incident, the store always feels shabby and empty. It's just a big, poorly managed building full of overpriced brand name merch... if anything is in stock.
