Anthony in the automotive tech department at the San Luis Obispo Best Buy provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
He went far beyond the basics of his job and truly cared about helping me solve my issue. He made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free, took the time to explain things clearly, and treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism.
Employees like Anthony are the reason people return to businesses. Best Buy is lucky to have him.

AJ went above and beyond in helping to resolve a problem I had with a purchase that was missing a component. Quick, friendly, and took the time to look around the store to make sure I left with the missing item. Staff at this store is always great, never have had any unresolved issues here.
