We went in for a soundbar, knowing basically nothing about what we were looking for. Josh was awesome and helped explain the ins and outs and answered all of our questions. It was close to closing and he still took the time to help us find the perfect model for us. Absolute rockstar!

Installation center was absolutely terrible. Rory kept rescheduling me due to errors on the stores end and his. They got me the wrong part then decided to only tell me the day of the appointment when I already scheduled the installation 2 weeks out. Then waited another two weeks and the day of appointment he called 30 minutes before my appointment time to tell me he has to reschedule because some issue with his back. He tried to reschedule me another 2-3 weeks out. I guess this is not his first time doing all this after reading previous reviews. Terrible customer service at the installation center in Silverdale. I was able to get my remote start and alarm system done at Tacoma. Great service there!!!
