Bought TV, paid for install. Scheduled install for Wisconsin. They tried to install in Ohio then pushed back install date 3 weeks. Useless company.

Very nice staff and very good option of electronics to pick from
I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy in Wausau. A special thank you to Benjamin from Geek Squad and Sam from Best Buy for their exceptional customer service. Both were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I found the best solution for my needs.
Benjamin provided excellent technical support and made everything easy to understand, while Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the purchasing process. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
The store was clean, organized, and welcoming. Thanks again to Benjamin, Sam, and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend this Best Buy location!
