First off Nate accidentally cancelled my installation appt, said he’d take care of it and never did. Then when I called the installation #, the guy on the phone was belligerent and completely rude. Talking over the top of me, interrupting me, and talking cocky. So now I lost a day of work and have to take another day off for the install. And when I was in the store I knew Nate was just trying to pass me off and he knew he wasn’t going to get my original appt back. Between that and the rude install guy, this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
Great experience doing an after Christmas exchange with Graham. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Glad I was able to get the product I ultimately needed.
