Bought a computer there and it didn't work. Called qeek squad and they told me my best bet was to return it. They would not exchange the laptop but wanted me to pay more than double for a replacement.

very good customer service from Jaden, he was very helpful with helping me find what i was looking for even though I wasn’t trying to buy anything yet. He gave me some options, listened to my needs and wants, and didn’t seem pushy at all like some of the other workers were. He made my experience very enjoyable with his jokes.
