I stopped by the Ridgedale Best Buy to drop off a return and ended up spending some time in the audio section. We are a Sonos family, so I had a few specific questions. I was greeted by Mike, and I have to say, I was blown away by his expertise.
Mike was incredibly articulate about the Sonos brand and really knew the technical details. He helped me narrow down my options and gave me total clarity on what would work best for our home. Even though I didn’t pull the trigger today, I know exactly what I’m getting when I’m ready—and I’ll definitely be coming back to buy it from Mike.
