I bought a Garmin watch and the clerk told me about Best Buy’s membership program. I told him I had no interest but he told me that after purchasing the membership, I would receive a $50 gift card (same price as the membership) in my email a week or two after. I told him sure why not. I come to find that is not the case and you’ll only receive the gift card after spending $500+ with your new membership. Shame on me for not reading the fine print but shame on this store for pressuring their employees to sign customers up for a service under false pretenses. I reached out to Best Buy’s customer service and haven’t heard back. I’m trying to do my due diligence before I escalate my claim with my credit card company.

Well, we came in to pick up our new Google Pixel 8A and there was no one there to help us. So we scheduled a time for the next day to meet with someone that could transfer our data and get us up and running with the new phone. We made it to our appointment on time and again no one there to help. They grabbed someone from the geek squad who came and helped us switch the data to the new phone and get us situated with a new carrier "mint mobile". The switch to the new carrier didn't work as planned so we went home with a non-functional phone. I feel they should have known that this would have happened if we wanted to keep our number.
