Always late with digital orders to late with coming to help. When the guy in front says that he'll call someone to help you get your item, and while the store is empty, I don't expect to wait 20 minutes for someone.
Back when I was with best buy in 2018, I remember when customer service was valued. Now they're stingy and can't even throw a bone to a loyal customer. I'm done with them

Brayden and Trent G were awesome! Really helped me choose a good laptop and how to hunt for deals.
Store doesn’t seem to care that some employees lie , but that’s how the world seems to work now , no one can take responsibility, just look at some of the reviews in last 6 to 8 months, going down hill .

I never find the lowest price on electronics here. It's always a waste of time for me to even go in
