After the service we received after spending close to 5k you would think this place would appreciate you and help with any issues. One of the problems is nobody at the local store will answer consistently and most times you get a national line that is mostly recording and lip service. I would find a smaller local appliance store that would be more appreciative of your purchase and answers the phone every time.
I was assured that I had an installation date and even had a confirmation number yet that means nothing nobody has any idea what is going on and no nothing about this number . Do your self a favor and steer clear of this place.

Bought a fridge from Best Buy. Set up an install date for today. Delivery window - 8 am to 12 pm. Made arrangements for someone to be home for the delivery. It’s currently 6 PM and no sign of delivery. Called customer service , who were unhelpful, gave me a different number to call, and that number connected to an office that was already closed. Very frustrating experience with no regard for the customer. I wish I had taken my money elsewhere.

I purchased a washer/dryer combo for a business. I paid for installation and haul away. They did not install and left the haul away units outside. I have spent well over an hour calling/on hold and “speaking” to “Jon” and “Alvin” etc who have provided ZERO help. Maybe it is a language barrier and Best Buy outsources their “help line” to other countries, but this has been an awful experience. If you need reliability and service I would not purchase through BB, opt for a small company who hires Americans so you are able to at least have a conversation. So disappointed. I would have paid hundreds more to have half decent service.
