Great service by knowledgeable staff
Purchased a new bluetooth it turned out that it was returned with an older model that was visibly used in the original packaging. Terrible experience trying to get an extension to return the purchase past before the alloted 15 days to return an item. Unfortunately I left for vacation for 23 days outside of the United States and was not able to return it myself I had to make arrangements for some oneelse to return it. I will not be purchasing any thing from Best Buy ever again.

I visited this location with the intent of purchasing a new laptop computer. Since it has been a while since I needed a laptop, I was not up to date on the latest technology and felt so overwhelmed by all of the options available online & therefore, I felt like a trip to the store was necessary. I was approached by a really wonderful employee named Tom who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me in my purchase. He listened to my needs and my budget and then walked me through all of my options, highlighting the pros and cons of each so that I could make the best decision. I never once felt rushed or belittled due to my lack of knowledge of the latest laptops. Tom was not pushy and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. He took the time explaining features of the laptops in functional language that I could understand. With his help, I was able to narrow down to two great options and walked out the door feeling very confident in the laptop I ended up purchasing. During checkout, I learned that Tom even stayed past his shift to ensure he finished assisting me instead of passing me off to another coworker. Tom is an outstanding example of five star customer service and I would gladly return to this store for additional purchases based on this interaction. Thank you, Tom!!
