Tom Wilson, at the Verizon desk, is an absolutely exceptional worker. Eager to help, thorough, smart, and friendly. A breath of fresh air in the customer-service space. I'll be back for all of my phone issues, going forward.
Going on 4 hours for the process of getting a new phone. Absolutely ridiculous, we will never come here again.
