This Best Buy has really gone down hill. I recently went in to pick up a video game. The section was beyond disorganized and I couldn’t find any help for over 15 minutes. When I finally found the game I wanted I headed to the register and wanted to price match Staples. The manager Sumit ( I might have spelled that wrong but his tag said Manager) he was very rude and wouldn’t price match stating since the near by Staples was sold out he doesn’t have to honor the Price Match. It’s on the website really? Is Best Buy docking your pay? Or was it a power trip? Crazy how Best Buy no longer cares. They are the worst! I will just shop elsewhere. It’s a shame cause they used to be the best place to get all my electronics, not anymore.
