Friendly, courteous knowledgeable. Go out of their way to help you. Excellent selection of things in the store.
I wish I could remember the manager that helped me today. Either GM or operations manager? He helped me when I was having a seriously stressful day about getting the right printer. Really made a difference, you don't get that kind of customer service anymore. Whoever the manager is, I was talking to them about how I'm getting a WIN98 computer soon, so they probably know who they are off that. Thanks!

I had a terrible experience with Taylor Best Buy location. I ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite game online but they delivered the wrong package item entirely. When I contacted customer service, George, the representative, was completely dismissive. He wouldn’t even help explain the return process or offer any real solutions. I will never shop here again. I’ll take Amazon over Best Buy from now on.
