George Jones was very disrespectful. Upon my approach entering the store he did not have a proper greeting , upon helping me with my laptop , he was very rude , dry , & cut conversation short. I was having a prior conversation with an old co worker who could assist me with some technology resources until I can get it fixed & he asked me to leave the store because an employee complained , prior to another employee only asking me if I had been helped. Someone definitely needs to address this matter & teach this grown man to properly work in customer service & how to talk to people. I purchased my laptop from here , being a Best Buy plus member . At first , he apologized and was on board to replace it . Not once did I drop my device or anything , and it somehow ended up with the slightest crack in it, once he informed me his demeanor changed & it was really nasty . I will not be shopping at this location for I see other customers have had similarities. If you ask me if basically accusing me and saying I dropped my laptop, who in the H*LL would drop a $1,000+ laptop ? If someone can make it make sense.
