HAD to update this review. This location is DOG WATER on customer service. Standing around in electronics waiting for SOMEONE to come help. Can see multiple employees huddled around laughing and talking walking past me. Already asked for service from the desk that leads into the mall. 0 help. Useless employees. Save yourself time and order what you need for pickup at least they can SOMEWHAT manage that shockingly.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received at the Taylor Best buy. We came in for a new laptop computer and Brandon found one for us within our budget and recommended one based on what we would be using it for, it was set up and ready to use the next day . Very happy

I went to Best Buy in Taylor yesterday to look at a new Apple Watch. The employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The salesman that helped me was honest about some of the downfalls of the product, in his own opinion of course. I like that type of honesty. The store was clean and roomy without clutter, easy to move around the store and find what I was looking for.

WORST experience ever at any Best Buy. I was given the option to return TV by rep. Attempted to return the evening of 09/27. The male cashier called for Randy to assist, without saying why. Randy was extremely rude and inconsiderate of what I attempted to share. Without saying the exact words of calling me a liar, he repeatedly saying, “You should have simply left it for FedEX to pick up”, as I have traveled over 25 min. with a 37”TV. Randy abruptly walks off and throws his hands up to me. Then informs the cashier, “Im done with this guy, you deal with him.” The cashier immediately called security on me as if I was a threat, because Randy made me swear. I didn’t call him anything, out of what he was presenting at the moment. I know we live in a racist world, but please know Randy every black man isn’t a threat. Work on your customer service skills and your body language! I no longer feel like a valued customer at Best Buy and I’ve shopped here for years! This could have been handled different.
