Lady named Hana a manager with the glasses racist and rude she seen I came in already approved for my computer but since I’m an African American male she put in a duplicate application to get me disqualified then laughed at me like I can’t afford to go to another store very rude and racist will never shop at Best Buy again

I was genuinely shocked how friendly and professional they were here. Highly recommend if you want knowledgeable and genuinely good help. The only reason I didn’t get their credit card is because I already have 27. Store was clean, tidy, and nice lighting. Plenty of room in the parking lot even though I did arrive early because I was craving some materialistic purchasing adventures. I have a rare condition that requires it. I look forward to coming back and maxing out my next card soon. Thank you to James, the staff and the corporate executives for providing a phenomenal experience.

Our company spends thousands of dollars per month at Best Buy, and my experience at this location just made me ensure our team never shops here again. The manager Nathan is rude and incompetent, and apparently does not know how their Online Order system works. I will be sharing my experience with corporate leadership and as many others as I can. Save yourself the hassle, aggravation, and TIME, and head to a different location.

Loved the sales. Most of the staff were extremely helpful. My biggest complaint is erroneous information regarding holding my paid multiple t.v.'s. The next day, I attempted to pick up both T.V.s. ; By myself. At this time, a sLes representative "Pick Up" assured me that I had 30 days to pick up my merchandise! I realized I needed another person to unload them once I drove home. Thank Goodness I checked my messages; usually I don't look at them everyday. Particularly, when I am ill with the nasty flu that has been going around. Nevertheless, Two days later, I received a text msg informing me that if the t.v.'s weren't picked up within two days--- My purchases will be credited & put back in stock. Whaaaaat??? I was not happy. Once I picked up my purchases, I informed the mgr. , who immediately apologized & said the situation would be handled by his supervisors. Good to know.
