Understaffed, disorganized, and very difficult to contact via phone. The store is too busy to answer their telephone, so they forward it to the 800 number.

April 19, 2025 Today, my brother, his kids, and I went to Best Buy in Utica, Michigan. I was planning to buy a computer, and after spending about 30 minutes in the store, we approached an employee for help. Instead of assisting us or at least directing us to someone who could, she brushed us off with, “I’m a little busy right now.” No professionalism, no courtesy — just rudeness. If we’re planning to spend our hard-earned money, the least we expect is to be treated with respect. Soon after, a manager came by. I told him how we were treated, and while he did give us the information we needed, the damage was already done. I had no desire to spend a dime there after that experience — and we walked out. It’s a shame when poor customer service pushes paying customers out the door.

I really miss the Rochester store, but this one is just as great. Soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted with a smile and willingness to help. I was guided to the correct area, grabbed my cable and off to the register. The cashier that was there was so nice. We had casual conversation and a few laughs, and that was within 3 or 5 minutes.

Nick( manager) and Nathan (cashier) where both so very helpful with me getting an electronic and explaining it well and haveing a smooth transaction with turning in old devices.
