We had a great experience here looking for a tv
Attention Best Buy management.
I was one second away from walking out of your store because one of your associates had me sitting there for 15 minutes and then goes and helps somebody else. As I’m walking out, One of your associates named Marcus, Was polite enough to ask me if I needed any help and then proceeded to give me very good information and clarification on what I needed. He Was very professional, Quick to the point, Not pushy whatsoever, And very friendly. This would’ve been a one star review had it not been for Marcus and his talent.
You are very lucky to have somebody like that working for you, so make sure you take good care of him.
No longer have phone support it’s all sent to foreign countries, bad service overall

They were supposed to come and install the dishwasher. But they cancelled the dishwasher and the service without contacting me or consulting me.
