My new ALL IN ONE COMPUTER is a big headache..after about 3 weeks, I've had a technician 3 times![ he's coming back this weekend. It still freezes during use, won't shut down, can't type because area freezes. 2nd time just today...recovery has to be done again on windows11. I am so frustrated!!
My wife and I were at the Utica store on Sunday. Looking to purchase a tablet. We were fortunate enough to get Nick as our sales person. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with the decision making. Definitely will go back and hopefully it’s a day he is working!
Incompetent service. I called the number (area code 586) for the Utica, MI store. After repeating myself several times to someone with a tenuous grasp of English, and being placed on hold with what sounded like Middle-Eastern music, I was told that they do accept used batteries for recycling. Despite my suspicions, I went there with batteries in hand only to be told that they have not accepted batteries for years. I was told they don't have a direct line into the store and reached a call center. The ONLY thing brick and mortar brings to the party anymore is customer service, and they failed miserably.
Helpful staff in phone department. Always available assistance
