Went to pick up a TV that was pre-ordered. nobody could find it , there was 4 in stock . Took 35 minutes to get it.
Avoid this place it's a joke nobody knows what's going on. Better luck at Novi location.

Worst customer service around!!!!! General manager is Clueless in trying to help or manage the store. He has not one employee that was willing to help with my puchsase. I had to buy a new printer, beat head phone and a security camera. Not one time did they try and help with direction. I was in there for over an hour trying to get help. After a my lady that checked me out said she would get me a discount for my inconvenience (I never asked for) I told the manager sebastian about my issue and he told me he couldn’t do anything for me. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

Waited for over 15 min wanting to talk to someone about ordering a new phone while only guy standing small talking with a customer. He even called another associate to help and no one ever came over to help then when he was finally done chit chatting he literally helped another lady that just popped up soon as his conversation was over instead of assisting me at the phone counter. So I just left and went to my carrier's phone store and ordered my new phone and even bought a new watch do yourself a favor just go to a different store best buy use to be my favorite store and they just fell off not a good place to spend your money.
