Everything is on sale here, I have to take myself out of there, we got a Samsung TV for our TV room, was a good deal.
The day shift manager on duty when above and beyond to help me out with my order. He was constantly assisting other customers in the process. What a gem to have such a great employee that's a manager to encourage all to work just as hard by example. Thanks for all the help. You made my online order pickup great.

I hate using reviews to voice a frustration without the store having an opportunity to fix the mistake, but it seems there is no direct line of communication to the store - only a centralized call center.
My order pickup experience here was terrible. I placed my order online with the estimated pickup time being the same day. Considering the busy holiday weekend I waited another day. I tried calling on multiple occasions looking for an update, because I was supposed to be leaving town and this pickup was delaying that. Again... call center... and they could not give me any new information. Finally the representative on the phone advised me to go into the store and request they pick it then to speed things up. I agreed and went to the store. The order pickup team member told me that they could not do that, even if I went and picked the item myself. I was to cancel the order and bring the item through the register. Walking through the store looking for the item, there were literal dozens of team members standing around while the order pickup team obviously struggled to keep up. One employee was playing on a display VR headset... I finally found the item but noticed that the box was badly damaged. There was an employee nearby and when I went to ask if there were more somewhere else, I got as far as "Excuse me, could you tell me if-" and he cut me off saying "No. I don't work in TVs you have to go stand in line if you need something". There were no carts in the store so I dragged the TV to register and left.
I will not be visiting this location again.
