Staff is very helpful and friendly

I ordered a refrigerator on 6/25/26 and it was delivered on 6/27/26. The newly delivered Refrigerator is damaged (dented freezer door and s scar scarred up inside drawer). I called Best Buy and their outsourcing phone representatives were horrible lazy liars and kept me on hold (on purpose to evade the issue) for more than 50 minutes and despite the fact that I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor or even a resolution specialist multiple times, these foreign sounding people just kept playing in my face by putting me on hold forever and coming back for one second and then putting me back on hold. I am tremendously, disappointed and upset with the behavior of these people that Best Buy employee to handle customer issues. I called to let them know that the newly delivered refrigerator is dented and has damage in one of the internal drawers but these people Best Buy hired took my situation as a joke. I still wasn’t able to get through to a manager supervisor or resolution specialist so I had to wind up ordering a replacement refrigerator, which is a total inconvenience as I have to takeoff work again empty the refrigerator and sit around waiting for a replacement Refrigerator. As For stated, I am highly disappointed and upset with Best Buy foreign-speaking representatives and will never give Best Buy my business again as a refrigerator is a major appliance and nobody has time to be playing with their ridiculous, horrible third-party phone agents!!! I’m a clinical professional, and I’m always calm, but this is one time in which this place with their rude, tricky phone representatives has my blood boiling!!!
