Best Buy is my go-to for all things involving technology. Employees are super knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to help with any issues I might have. Super friendly, super clean and always stocked with the latest and greatest items.
I purchased a lg monitor open box for 715 or Friday 6/27/2025 should’ve been excellent condition with original packaging and all the guy brought one of the dirtiest monitors definitely not fitting the description the manager or young lady tried to change the price to 535 for fair condition it didn’t work. The excuse was someone marked it wrong so I took a 200 dollar loss DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION THE WHOLE ORDEAL WAS COMICAL AND SAD I WALL BE REPORTING THIS EXPERIENCE TO COOPERATE AND UP.
We called to see if they had a specific screen protector. Phone Rep said "yes, 1 left. If you want to pay now we can save that for you & we will install for free when you pick up". Not the case. Pick up desk said go to register. Register said go to Geek Squad. Geek Squad says no you aren't the right level member. Back to Cust Svc desk. Asked 4 workers before one said he would install. Get to work station then told it will be $10.
Lies and run around. There are other places with same items to make purchases. Unless you like lies & run around, go somewhere else to make purchases
