The Southfield location In michigan Is worst location in World.The people are rude,the management is not knowledgeable,and they're disrespectful.
If I could give them a minus ZERO STAR I WOULD.I purchased a watch with the warranty program and the watch broke.I went into the southfield location to purchase a new one.The encounter was awful and when I enquired about the warranty Bill took my watch,canceled the warranty, and told me I had no other options. I spoke with a manager and cooperate to no avail.Do Not Go to the Southfield,Michigan Location unless,your a glutton for horrible costumer service and poor treatment.
