I am very disappointed with my experience at the Southfield, Michigan location. I went in at 6:52 p.m. mins to purchase a laptop. I picked that time so I could be in and out. First, no one was in the computer section, second I stayed until 7:18-:7:19. I had to walk to 2 associates and ask if there was anyone in the section they said they would call someone. No one never came. However, when some other customer came in, it appeared that several associates helped them. I asked the security at the door did they work on commission he said “No”. I told him I was trying to purchase a laptop he didn’t seem to care. I left then came back to ask to speak to the manager he said he believed there was only one there. So, I asked could I have a card for the manager. He told me to go the desk the at the desk had some, and the person gave me one. I left at 7:20p.m. At this point I don’t know if I want to try another location. Might do better purchasing from the manufacturer. I have purchased all types of things from Best Buy for years and their level of service to women is terrible.
Nico was very helpful with what I needed great hospitality and customer service will definitely be back and will definitely recommend this location.
Their customer service is great, very helpful, but they don't have much on shelves anymore, look online for your products
Big ass store no one around to help. Waited 15 minutes. That’s why these stores are closing now. They about to lose a customer and I’m going to buy it from Amazon.
