Best product cheaper than amazon.
I placed a pick-up order at 2:55pm, with the expectation that my order will be ready within an hour (per website and email confirmation). I arrived to this location at 4:11pm, expecting to receive my item shortly after arrival. After 2 hours, I grew impatient and asked to speak with a manager. I had to inform the manager that I spoke with customer service and was informed that my item was being delivered to the store today; the manager told me that a shipment did arrive today, and then went to check on my item. Granted, the manager did grab my item and prioritized it, which I appreciated, but he did not complete my order. I was left waiting at the checkout desk for an additional 30 minutes. During that time, an associate checked out another customer and then left to clock out, leaving me hanging. I noticed that another associate called the customer behind me to his register in which I responded by letting that associate know I’ve been waiting to be serviced in which someone finally assisted me with completing my purchase. This place is very disorganized and unprofessional. There’s no reason why I had to speak with a manager as well as three other associates to complete a simple purchase. I will not be back to this location and would recommend any other Best Buy location.

Worst experience ever!!! I purchased a $1500 computer for my son and when he opened it on Christmas morning to our surprise it was the wrong computer and had been stuffed with heavy stuff and nothing else was in box. I was livid! I literally opened the store the next day. They tried to give me a hard time saying the computer had been returned and yada yada yada.. I literally had bought the computer three days prior and had my emailed receipt and store copy. 🗣️🗣️ Manager please! The manager came and looked at it and was saying they’re going to have to investigate. Investigate what???? Refund my money!! Then an honest young man-sales person says…that was a return because it has the Best Buy tape on it. POW!! Run me my money!! Needles to say they returned my money but I have to receive it by check in 7-10 days.🤔
DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM BEST BUT THAT HAS BEEN SEALED WITH BEST BUY TAPE….it’s a returned item that they are reselling!

VERY FRUSTRATED. I ordered online. It said it would be ready in 1 hour for pick up. I waited WELL PAST 1 hour. I spoke with the woman at the register. She told me the order hadn't been picked yet and that I would have to wait at least 20 minutes for them to pick it. Mind you it was 1 item. So I asked if I could just pick it myself. She said yes. Okay so no problem I still was okay with that. However, when I brought the item up the next woman I spoke to was confused when I told her what had occurred and what the first lady had said. She sai, "YeH but it doesn't work like that". I stood waiting patiently while the 1st and 2nd woman were speaking. Then I get a notification my order had been canceled. Tne 2nd woman asked me if I had cancelled my order. I said, "No I didn't". Then the 1st lady said she had which didn't appear to be on purpose. I am upset because I HAD TO REPAY AGAIN (WHICH IS MY 3RD TIME TODAY DUE TO ORDER CANCELLATIONS AT MEIJER !) AND WHEN I ASKED HOW LONG UNTIL THE MONEY IS BACK ON MY CARD SHE SAID APPROXIMATELY 3 BUSINESS DAYS!! AND ITS CHRISTMAS! Like what if I didn't have another $50.00 in my account to cover the cost?!! Or what if I couldn't afford to wait on the money to come back. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. No discount offered for their mistake...not even an apology. Very disappointed.
