To the employee who keeps forcefully canceling our order, I hope you get caught. Tell my why I've spoken to 4 Best Buy people, and they can all verify you have the tv we want.. We order it, everything is set to go, but then we receive an email about 1.5hrs later that it is magically unavailable? This has happened twice. The first time we were almost to the store which is an hour away from us. The employee at the store said they weren't sure what happened and that its not in stock. If it wasn't in stock, why could we proceed with the order online?? This time we delt with it over the phone so we wouldn't waste 2 hours driving and the same thing happened. The person we spoke to last said the only thing it could be is that it's being forcefully canceled. We went to another store today and it was cleaner, had a better selection, and we were actually greeted with an associate at the TV section, which at this store we weren't. We will never waste time on this location again. 2 hours driving and about 2 hours total on the phone. Unbelievable.
