Very horrible service! I was in the store 20 mins and not once was asked if I needed help. I walked to the front of the store letting the cashier know I had some questions regarding tvs. He directed me back to the television section and said someone would be over to assist. I waited and waited and no one came to assist. I walked back up to the front of the store and let him know I was never helped and I was no longer interested in service at that point. I’m very disappointed at the poor customer service. I’ll try my luck at another location.

Dialed the local store given to me by Google and was told by a call center that the store does not receive calls so I took my PC back for a refund. If a company cannot take care of a customer then another one will.
