Never order from a Best Buy locker. I ordered an item and knew that I wouldn’t be able to get there before the store closed, but saw on the website that I could select locker pick up and retrieve my item even after hours. However, after driving for 30 minutes one way, I put in my code and the locker did not open. However, the system had recorded that I had already retrieved the item so my pick up code was no longer valid and I had to drive back 30 minutes without my item. Infuriating.

Would have been absolutely a wonderful experience if I didn't have 8 to 10 people asking me in the span of 10 to 15 minutes if I needed help I said no thank you each time.
Don't really recommend to going here in person if you are an introvert and want to avoid talking to people.

People there are simply amazing. All younger knowledgeable staff up to speed on their products. I love this place!
