Went in today about 15 min before close with an issue with my iphone. Although they were not able to help, every single staff member was kind and empathetic and were willing to try different things to try and help me. The staff truly were amazing and kind people, every single one of them deserves a raise.
Lost $54 dollars because they couldn't get my order ready in time. I ordered one laptop with a promise it would be ready for pickup at this location in an hour or less. 2 hours later, they closed and I don't have a computer. Someone was sleeping on the job.
Just left East Beltline location. Customer Service and Geek Squad were awesome.
