I recently came in to buy a laptop. The website had a lower price than in store because it was a third party seller through best buy, but because the price difference was over $200 the employee sold me on buying a Best Buy membership so I could price match with the online seller. Told me that I would soon be refunded the difference, super cool. I even clarified and asked "so I dont have to do anything except for spend $50 on a membership today and I'll just get the $200+ refunded to my card?" And he said yes. Well I didn't get refunded, so I went in to the store and they said since its a third party seller they couldn't price match and there is nothing they can do at all. If I had been told they couldn't price match initially I would have bought from the online seller, but now if I want the money back I'd have to clear my new laptop, return it, and then buy a new one from the online seller. I'm sure the workers didn't mean to trick me about it, but since they were misinformed about how the membership worked now I have to pay the price by either wasting my time returning the laptop I bought or just eating the cost difference. Don't buy from here.

Ordered a computer online for an unbelievable price. When I went to pick it up everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. It was like a warm hug. The computer is great!

Went to get a switch 2 pro controller. Ussually if its not on the tag its at register 2. They literally looked where I pointed and said they dont have it. I saw it on my way out I didn't even bother buying it after that. I decidedI wasn't doing this if i'm paying that much money for a controller.I don't want to deal with it. So right now i'm just going to a different store to pick up the same thing.

Great fella named Jaden helped me out, I had to be in and out fast on a Tuesday to get a new laptop. Jaden understood the mission and got me hooked up. Even upsold me a travel case. Great service besides not having multiple lap tops not in stock. Gotta have the laptops, team. Dude rocked though, Guy deserves a raise.
