I've been shopping at BestBuy for over 10 years and spend a lot of time and money with them. If you buy a lot of stuff like I do ask about the yearly membership, it's a once a year charge, but everything you purchase is covered under warranty, so you don't have to purchase separately. Saved me a lot of money.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted nicely and asked if I needed help, alot staff reach out asking if I needed help! excellent service all around 👍🏻🔥
Holly in the laptop department was very helpful today. Answered all my questions and steered me to the ideal laptop. Thanks!
He’s trying to tell me they’re busy. No one is in the store. I’m not coming back to the store. I’m done.
