I like the store overall, but whoever is representing Samsung products recently should not be in that position. I went in there and as soon as I walked up to the Samsung phones he started talking my ear off with incorrect and inaccurate information about how all other phone brands including the phone I have were inferior to Samsung when all I wanted to do was check out the new models. He also was getting uncomfortably close to me.

Salesman recommended a internet modem but didn't tell us to get the adapter too. Now we are stuck here with no internet and the store is closed.

This Best Buy has the right people working here. Every time I come here the store associates are always friendly and eager to help. I love that!
