Went in to buy a laptop i saw on the website, that said it was in sale and in stock. I was told that laptop was garbage and "would barely connect to the internet", and was flat out refused to purchase it. They tried to upset me instead. My current laptop died abruptly and I needed a replacement to do my job. This was what I could afford. I ended up having to order the laptop off the website from one of the 3rd party vendors, for more money. Same EXACT ITEM, and pay for shipping to get it. Because I NEEDED IT TO DO MY JOB. I went on to discuss this issue with customer support, and they said they could not issue a credit for the difference or basically do anything about the situation. How can you flat out REFUSE to sell an item to a customer Because of your PERSONAL OPINION? The laptop works great, BTW. But, I should not have had to spend extra money i could not afford in order to get it, because a sales person in the store refused to sell me the item.

This applies to GeekSquad: I won't trust these people with another machine again. They explicitly ignored directions and only caused more problems. They did do what I paid them for, but they did more harm than good.
