Horrible customer service. I picked up a microwave and was given a wrong color. I politely told them that I received a wrong color and had to go through hassle and would like to talk to the Manager. Jibrain who was the manager, just came upfront and said we don’t do the inventory and Packing here. I cannot help you with anything. Call the 1-800 no and they should help you. I told him that 1-800 no told me to talk to store manager and he said deal with them and this is not my issue here.
Please be careful of purchase at this store, they have horrible customer service and don’t care about their customers
