I bought a ps5 for pick , they said it was a hour pickup go up there in hour wasn’t ready go back in hour in half still not ready waited for 2 hours still didn’t get it , was told to wait till tomorrow morning. I wake up to see they cancelled my orders and now I have to wait 72 hours for a refund, I will never buy another product form Best Buy again . They just could have had me pick up from a different location.

I find this Best Buy location to be less satisfactory than others, as it appears to have limited variety and inventory.
