Terrible service.

They have great deals for almost anything electronic.
We were looking for a particular microwave. It was available from other retailers (Lowe's, Home Depot) but not right away. An internet search indicated that this store had the unit we were interested in. It was a significant drive so I called to verify that they did indeed have the unit available, that it was new and in the original box. I was told that it was.
When we got to the store:-
1) There was a search for approximately 1/2 hour - unit could not be found.
2) They had 1 like-unit available but in the wrong color. This unit was not listed in their inventory whereas the one with the right color was.
3) The people in the store were helpful but you could see that they were fighting a loosing battle with uncaring and lethargic management.
4) When looking for the right unit I was able to check out most of their other inventory. Almost all of the boxes were damaged. I certainly didn't get a feeling that they were competent and well managed.
5) I was told that when I called we did not talk to anybody in the store (even though this was not apparent at the time). Apparently it was somebody in a 'call center' somewhere that was looking at the same bogus inventory data that was on the internet.
What a waste of time.
Be careful when doing business with these people.
