Michael in the computer area was very helpful. He compared several printers for me, explained how to connect them to my internet, and he explained the return policy.

I visited the store today to purchase a laptop due to technical difficulties with the website and mobile application. The staff provided excellent assistance. While the specific item was unavailable, alternative options were presented. Ultimately, I opted to place an order for the initially selected model. The overall experience was positive.

Went to store to purchase and have car stereo installed . 3 times no employee in audio department. The last time I went in I asked another employee when the audio personnel would be in . She told me it's against the law for me to tell you his schedule !! Try tomorrow at 10am . That is his hours. I said the hours on the door say he should be there today at 10am and it's noon ! I wasn't offered help by a different employee or maybe given a number to call as to not make another wasteful trip . She was very rude . I dont recommend this best buy . We told the doorman the same and he said try back tomorrow at 10 am !! If you need a stero or one installed I dont recommend this store .
