How do I check product availability at the Flint Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

My husband and I had an outstanding experience at this location yesterday. We came in shopping for a new car radio and we were lucky enough to be assisted by Michael. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to be thorough, ensuring we understood all our options. It was clear that he genuinely cared about us getting high quality products and was patient with all of the questions we had. His down to earth attitude made the whole process stress free. There was another customer that came up needing assistance and even though he was busy with us he went out of his way to find immediate help for him in such a professional friendly manner. Very impressed with the customer service he provided to us and other customers.

I definitely did not have a good experience me and my sister walked in and nobody said anything to us I said hi to the person at front and he just looked at me. We then walked to the phone section everyone walked past us so when we finally just called someone over and they proceeded to “help” us by talking rudely like he didn’t even want to be there and proceeded to tell us that he wouldn’t even be able to help order the phone online. Very dissatisfied
