The fact that Best Buy has no body that can answer a phone in the store is rediculous. Their customer service is literally right below Sprints 4G network.

So I went I best buy in flint michigan to buy a security system there were vary few people in the shopping and I asked one of the girls up front if someone could help me. 45 minutes later I went and asked again and I was told we only have two people on the floor .so how do you run a business with only 2 people to help the people that are there to spend money so I went to a different place and spent 1500 for one .how do thay plan to stay in business I know my 1500 will not make or brake them but if there are more people like me out there it will not be long and there will not be a place for them . I know I will not go back.
