I Purchase A Range From Best Buy On January 17th and Upon Deliver The Range Was Scratch! I Have Reached Out To A Manger He Lied About Bringing Me A New Range Out In 24 Hours Haven’t Heard From Him! Them He Said He’ll Give Me 250.00 Discount For The Range Still Have Yet To Get That! I Called Representive Child Screaming In The Back Ground So Loud That He Just Hung Up In My Face!!! This Is Not A Used Or Open Box Range! It’s NEW!!!!!

Bought an $800 tv after a house fire. We kept it in the box for 7 months, protected, and waiting for the house to be finished. When we opened it up, the screen was broken. We tried to return it, with a receipt, and they refused. They said it was outside of the return window. Corporate even refused to resolve it. BB is known for having horrible return policies. Garbage.
