The worst Best Buy I've ever been to. We walked in with no greeting, then had to go find someone to help us after waiting in the cell phone area for 30 minutes. They sent a guy over and he was the same guy who made eye contact with us multiple times. I wanted to trade in my cell phone and buy an unlocked phone. I had an Indiana license and he said he couldn't. I questioned him bc that has never been the case. The supervisor came over, looked puzzled but agreed with the cell phone guy. So we had to leave and drive 2 hours to Indiana fortwayne. For them to tell us they could have done it the whole time. Absolutely unacceptable. I hadn't been to Best Buy in a couple of years. Even though Fort Wayne gave us a+++ service. Bc of the portage we won't be coming back. There are waaay too many choices to shop out there so why would I go somewhere that accepts this kind of store? Not just the bottom employee but the supervisor and manager. Clearly, the district manager isn't doing his part either.

They are the worst. I made an appointment to have my laptop upgraded. He was multitasking with 3 other customers and didn't even look at my computer and components and proceeded to tell me I should buy a new one. I was totally ghosted and he didn't want to take the time to look at what I had. I have tons of things to do and don't have time for this. I just packed up my device and walked away. I will research and replace all of my own components!!!! I don't need you!

The staff is nice and the store is very clean but don't expect a large stock of cheaper items or for lesser known brands. If you need adapters for things go to Walmart. Great place if you want TVs or phones from the big 3 being Samsung, Apple and Motorola. The store is easy to walk around but finding what I need was difficult without help which is frustrating for because I would rather not need help. Come here for laptop ram, I usually find what I need in that regard.

Their telephone / answering system is pitiful. You basically have to go in the store for any service updates.
