I ordered a laptop this morning and I am still for delivery. Called
customer service 4 times and they couldn't tell me when it would be here and of course their customer service is not based in the US. Will never order from them again.

Just a quick question for the manager of the Portage, MI Store, how many shopping carts does your store have? I came in with my 18 month old son to buy a TV and possibly an entertainment center, I left with nothing because it's impossible to carry my son, a TV and an entertainment center. Have a great holiday season, I won't be back.

I well never order from them again I had 3 people say they would give my refund now they making me do a whole lotta other stuff just to get my money back.
