Trash customer service, bought a laptop 14 days ago and they’re telling me straight up that they can’t take return because the seal was broken. I only used it once and it was way too slow had to retur. they didn’t take it back because seal was broken. Trash pathetic service. Do not but any product from here people.

I'm not sure why the store is indicating this, as most products, including laptops, should be returnable within 15 days from the date of purchase, per our Return & Exchange Promise (BestBuy.com/returns). That said, I'd like to have our corporate team review this with you.
