The store manager refused to let me return a new phone I bought 2 days ago with my old exchanged phone that they did not transfer all my data from, including all my Gmail accounts, which are now lost in limbo. The police were called and the store manager has trespassed me from ever going back to this store. I will be calling my bank and reporting fraud and filing a complaint with the FTC. Worst Best Buy location of them all, never going back.

There was a Logitech promotion that offered 20% for recycling computers and accessories on Logitech products. The employees argued with me that it didn’t include computers despite the fine writing on the promotion. They even went online to check for a change in the promotion so they could deny me it. I never had employees so committed to not giving a discount to a customer. It’s absurd. The store lost any future business with me
