Imagine spending hundreds of dollars on a 65 inch tv and they give you the wrong tv. Now imagine calling to speak to a manager (after getting a call from the store) and an associate tells you there is no manager. And to just bring the tv back (regardless of the inconvenience it’ll cause for you) I would’ve been better off going to Walmart or ordering from Amazon.

Was greeted at the door by the host, who said he would send somebody over to help me purchase headphones, stood around, and looked for 30 minutes. No one ever showed up. Got to the register. No one had any keys available to open glass for purchase, so I just purchased a cheap pair of headphones that weren't locked up!
