The host Gabby at this Best Buy was extremely unprofessional and made for a terrible customer experience. She repeatedly swore while speaking to us, acted irritated from the start, and behaved like she hated her job. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role. Instead of helping, she seemed annoyed that we even approached her. There was no effort to be welcoming or professional, and the constant negative attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. Employees representing a retail store should not be using profanity or openly showing hostility toward customers. This behavior reflects poorly on the store, and it’s something management should address. Customer service at the front of the store sets the tone for the entire visit, and this experience was unacceptable.

Lazy worker with the biggest attitude and glasses. I didn’t get the name but she came and started being disrespectful. She instantly said it won’t fit in the car even tho we have a full sized suv. Her coworker tried to convince her but she had a very bad attitude. Me and my brother ended up fitting it with ease. I didn’t catch her name but very rude attitude. The coworker said he can hold the tv but she suggested otherwise for no reason.

Mimi was super helpful. She had a warm, welcoming smile that made me feel comfortable right away. She quickly pointed me to the DVI to HDMI adapter like it was nothing… pretty sure those glasses give her some kind of superpower 😄 Thanks again!

This entire company is a joke but this location especially is absolute garbage. They harass innocent customers and call the police on them. When they realize they made a mistake, they try to backtrack and gaslight you for getting upset. There was no empathy or remorse from anyone. I have never been treated like this at any place of business. The staff here are beyond rude and disgusting. They lack basic human decency and it feels like they’re trying to run a prison, not an electronics store. They monitor and follow you as soon as you walk in. They act suspicious of you and look down on you. Very uncomfortable and traumatic. There was a blonde woman initially helping us, she was behaving very strangely. I believe she was the one who called the cops. The reason? Because she thought I looked like someone else. Racial profiling as well. PLEASE DO NOT shop here. Ken and the bigger white guy with the grey beard should be terminated immediately. They should be prison wardens instead, that would suit them better. They are DISGUSTING. This company has a lawsuit coming its way.
