Customer service is so much better than it was last year. Last year two Best Buy employees called the police on me for trying to exchange a defective item.
I haven't seen those employees working there since after that.
Lately in the last few months it is a great atmosphere to walk into and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Customer service is at it's best as well. They completely honor the Best Buy promise now. Great staff as of February 16, 2025.

Feb. 5, 2025. Salesperson Bill gave me full and understandable information for several tablets, so I was able to rather easily choose. I was guided to the service area where Alicia arranged to have my stuff transferred from my old to my new unit. I asked about my being unable to get voice mail and email for a long time. She found the problem and got it all working again.
Both Bill and Alecia LISTENED to me and not once did they become frustrated with me. My appreciation for them and, therefore, this store is profound.
