I ordered an 85” Hisense TV on February 4th, with a Saturday, February 7th delivery, installation and haul away. A friend wanted my 60” so I canceled the haul away portion. Now, due to an apparent glitch, this also canceled my delivery date. I invited several friends over to watch the Super Bowl and now I’m not receiving the TV. Absolute garbage on Best Buy’s end. Throughly disappointed. I canceled the entire order and will be taking my business elsewhere. Do better. Your customer service is horrible!
