Phone AI menu is absolutely awful. Can't even speak to someone with out waiting 15 min. They are definitely losing business because of how dumb the auto response is.

This store is over priced trash! Figured their customer support would at least be decent but they are horrible also. Definitely don't get one of their debit cards because they can't help you at all with it and the company the cards are under is a giant scam that is even harder to deal with. I won't be buying anything from any Best Buy ever again!!!
