On Tuesday January 6th, 2026 an employee named Aaron did a stellar job installing my screen protector he deserves to be either promoted or have a raise!
I bought a TV at this location and found an issue with it later that night. The manager was great to work with as it was a problem that isn't always solvable in the store. She listened and worked with us to get an exchange and we were up and running the next day. I have bought appliances through Best Buy on multiple occasions, and other large electronics. Always a great experience, this location is awesome and overall we have had great luck with the Brighton store too. Thanks!
