We did the Verizon trade in your phones to get a new phone at Best Buy. We made an appointment with Keegan. It was a 4 o’clock appointment. We never left that store till 830. He also was doing another appointment. He said was his 6 o’clock too many things going on at once Very hard to get information out of him. We thought we were supposed to bring our old phones into him when we made the appointment he tells us then that we’re not too. We have to take them to Verizon ourselves or mail them in. Still, they were not working right when we left there. I was still connected to T-Mobile and Verizon now call T-Mobile they act like they didn’t have a clue called Verizon after four hours on the phone with someone from there found out that Keegan put us on the wrong plan so our bill was much much more tried calling Keegan at Best Buy. Got a very rude lady that ended up hanging up on me, but before she hung up, she says they don’t transfer calls And that Keegan should’ve gave me a card with his extension number. Yeah I got a card but I didn’t see an extension number on it so now my husband has appointment with Verizon today still dealing with this. They said they’ll make it right so just beware he’s a fast talker. He also did not tell the truth about our bill. Very very disappointed
