Terrible Customer Service, Discrimination, and Lack of Respect at Best Buy
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Best Buy, mainly due to the rude and discriminatory behavior of the manager, Patrick, and his coworker. Patrick was unprofessional and disrespectful, even telling me outright, “I don’t need customers like you.”
What made the situation worse was that I was clearly discriminated against by his coworker. I saw firsthand how other customers were treated politely and with respect, while I was ignored and treated poorly. This blatant unfairness and hostility made me feel completely unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
Their dismissive and discriminatory behavior turned what should have been a straightforward shopping experience into a frustrating and hurtful ordeal. I expected better treatment from a major retailer but was met with disrespect and poor customer service.
Managers should never act this way. They are supposed to lead by example, treat all customers fairly, and provide respectful service. Unfortunately, Patrick and his coworker failed on every level.
I have also contacted corporate to report this unacceptable behavior and hope they take it seriously.
I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping at this location.
Wanted to charge me $100 to return an not opened tv, despite a delivery of another tv was to be made to my house. No extra trip or labor!

No one could help with a cell booster. Kinda disappointed
Not a very nice staff at all, act like they are salesman’s and uncharge you on little things, very irritating to deal with them.
