These people are excellent. Soon as you walk in they are asking if you need help and directing you to where you need to go.
I purchased a new phone. I was surprised. They had representives as employees per brands of phones not Best Buy employees so I was told. Ended up with the new Samsung zfold phone. Needless to say. My phone i walked in with was in poor shape. I thought i was all set.
Nope. No service to phone and $2,000 spent and these guys couldn't throw in a charging plug or head phones ? It's the little things you know and yeah one big thing SERVICE TO MY PHONE. Was not told call your phone carrier. I understand it is is what i have to do but maybe not everyone does. Very poor customer service on Samsungs behalf. The guy didn't even want to transfer my info because of the amount of time it might take. It was 15 minutes. Best Buy itself was excellent.

No one had a clue about installing remote starts. Was a waste of an hour. If you sell these parts, I really feel like some one should know something about them.
