its sad walked into this BESTBUY location in Holyoke Mall the only one i got a hello and a smile from was security at the door coming in from mall ,the guy with glasses by the tv wont say can i help you and the other guy by the appliances i was like hey kept going with the serious face its like nope i will not give the Business to them they lost out on a tv sale and appliance sale i went somewhere else where they were like hi can i help you and they showed you stuff and help you so really all i can say is thankyou to the security person at the entrance watching the tv moniter who greeted us with a smile
I wish I could call the store to ask about an item without an automated voice messaging system hanging up on me because I want to talk to a person

Walked in just passing through to the mall. The idea of a TV in my dining room was in the back of my mind. The customer service representatives were very accessable and helpful. Walked out with a 32" TV. Perfect.
The moment I came through the doors, Jayden greated me with a smile , followed by the best customer service, I have had in awhile! He went above and beyond, by answering my questions. Beleive me when I say , I had more than a few ! So informative , never once did I think we was looking to OVERsell me. Everything he suggested , can with an informative explanation. Thanks again , Love my new purchase .
