If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company. Used to like best buy until I recently went in to purchase a refrigerator. I found one in store and the store employee suggested. I buy a Best Buy credit card. Purchase it with the credit card and then pay off the credit card in full right Then and there which i did did. This purchase was done on March 1st and I still don't have my product every week. They cancel delivery and tell me that it's stuck in the warehouse and they have to reschedule today.I walked into our local best.Buy where I purchased the item to find out that it was never sent to the warehouse and is still in store. Seems like robbery, right? They got my money and they have my product. You can't speak to a representative because you get a call center agent from India. Who keeps telling you that the product is at the warehouse when speaking to the manager in the local best. Buy when I suggested that this is robbery. And maybe I need to get a lawyer, he said, once we bring up a lawyer, we're no longer allowed to speak to you Have a good day. I will neveeerrrrrrrr go to best buy again and will report this to BBB and a lawyer

I got a great deal on a Lenovo yoga laptop. The sales associate was very helpful. He didn't try to upsell me. I got exactly what I wanted for a great price.
A lot of the male staff are rude and uninterested in helping customers. Joe At customer service is passive aggressive. Wish I could give zero stars
