I had a bad customer service experience at the store. I went to buy an Apple Pencil, but the sales representative kept asking which iPad model I had. IEven after I answered, she seemed distracted and was on the phone .She wasn't helpful. When my husband took over, she still asked the same questions. She didn't seem knowledgeable about the product and rushed us to pay and leave without saying anything. It was frustrating

I’m very disappointed in Best Buy they seem to be so helpful when going in the store but I’ve called many times to get assistance over the phone and not one department answered…you mean to tell me a lot of people work there and not one person can pick up the phone??
