Low in or no stock on a lot of items and no cashiers at registers. You either have to go to customer service, which had a few people in line and 1 person working, or you have to self-check out with a QR code.

Bought an iPad 11 in pro. Rep failed to give me the discount for trading in my old iPad. Also failed to let me know that the charger cord has been changed so I can't use any older ones. Gave me a case that is virtually unusable. The Geek squad fellow did a great job. Customer service lady told me to get my trade in discount I would have to go back and get the sale voided and start all over again. What a mess except for Geek Squad. You have people scampering all over that place and no one knows anything and if they do it's incorrect.
