The store is clean. Excellent place to go if you know precisely what you are looking for. I arrived within an hour of opening. Few patrons, lots of staff. I don't know if they get commission or are bored, but had 3 people try to help me. Invariably, when they didn't have what I was looking for, as advertised online, I was steered toward the most expensive alternative. I needed a professional microphone, advertised for $150. They tried to tell me their $330 one was better even though they knew nothing about it when asked. I read the reviews, their recommendation had poor sound quality.

My wife and I reserved 2 new Samsung S26 phones through Best Buy's Verizon rep. The promo was free phone data storage upgrade if we reserved the phones early. Today the phones were released and Best Buy had cancelled my order without me knowing. Still took my money btw. When I came into the store to pick up my new phones I was told that my order was cancelled and that they wouldn't honor the deal. They told me this while I had a stack of phone accessories I was getting ready to buy plus the Geek Squad protection plan that I already purchased. The GM of the store said they would not honor the deal and that I would have to pay for the difference in the phones. Absolutely abhorrent business practices and customer service. I'll also be contacting Best Buy Corporate on this matter.
