Arriving at Best Buy to pick up my S 26, I was told that I have to give up my trade-in right away without being able to take it home and transfer all the data before turning it in. then they told me they could do it for me which I say okay to. and then they told me that their trade-in service is down right now without giving me a reason, or time when it’s gonna be fixed. I figured I would just give them a call periodically to see when it’s back up so I can pick up my phone but reaching Best Buy directly is not allowed apparently, so I have to go all the way back to Best Buy to see if the service might be back up and if I could possibly get my new phone that I’ve paid for already. Best buy employees were unsympathetic and did not offer any solution, they just told me to come back another day, this whole situation has been extremely difficult. I will be purchasing elsewhere from now on.

I strongly warn anyone considering buying appliances from Best Buy, save yourself the headache.
My washer and dryer were scheduled for delivery on March 2, 2026. I happened to look outside and saw the delivery truck parked in front of my home. As I was walking downstairs and opening the door to meet them, the truck drove off. They never rang the doorbell. They never knocked. They made zero attempt to contact us.
When I called Best Buy, I was told the delivery team took a picture of my door and claimed no one was home. That is completely false. We were home the entire time. The doorbell was never rung. No call. No knock. Nothing. I even tried calling the delivery team back immediately and received no response.
Customer service’s solution? “We can reschedule.” Unacceptable. This was their failure, not mine. After demanding a supervisor, I was told the delivery would be expedited for the very next day, March 3, 2026.
It is now March 4, 2026, and I STILL do not have my washer and dryer.
This has been the worst delivery experience I have ever dealt with. False reporting by the delivery team, poor communication, and empty promises from management. I genuinely regret walking into Best Buy in the first place.
If you value your time, your money, and basic customer service, STAY AWAY. You will get the runaround, and you may never see your appliances delivered.
Absolutely unacceptable.
