I have paid for a Samsung 70 inch TV. Also paid for delivery and installation. 2 delivery cancellations and 2 defective TVs later all they have install was the mount. Over 2 months and still do not have my TV. Delivery customer support are some incompetent off shore service. back in January. This why Best Buy will continue to loose business to Amazon and others. They Still haven’t learned that it is service that set you apart from your competitors.
