I had my car radio installed at Best Buy and it has been nothing but a headache. The sound only plays on the right side and randomly cuts in and out. I brought it back multiple times since I paid extra for the Geek Squad protection, but instead of fixing the issue, I was told I’d have to remove my radio, reinstall the old one, and wait for a new harness from the manufacturer — all for a mistake they made.
To make things worse, the associate admitted the installer who worked on my car was fired because they were doing it wrong, yet I’m still the one jumping through hoops to get it fixed. I’ve made three appointments, gone up there three separate times, and each time the story changes. Now they’re saying their policy no longer allows them to fix it in-store, even though they have the parts and know it was installed incorrectly by their own staff.
I spent over $1,000 for this install and protection plan, and I regret every dollar. Save yourself the frustration — go to a professional car audio shop that actually stands behind their work.
I HATE going to Best Buy! They’re salesman ANNOY THE CRAP out of you. They follow you everywhere and you even have one question , they won’t leave you alone.
They also won’t tell you the interest on their credit card is . DONT BUY IT!
Everytime i come to this location, I'm always greeted politely, and always asked if i need help finding something. The whole store is fairly organized. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was a breeze when i picked up my M4 MacBook Air and when I needed help finding printer ink. I will return in the near future.
Great selection. I always feel like I'm being watched almost like they think I'm a thief. I understand that some people do steal but I'm not one of those people and shouldn't be made to feel that way. Other than that great store.
