The staff are very friendly and helpful and know their stuff. This time we went and bought a microwave.
Carlos, the image specialist was exceptional. When I asked for assistance in a different department, Carlos attempted to contact his team mates. However they were not willing to support him and even cut him off when he was conducting the sales transaction. Despite the odds Carlos delivered exceptional service and was able to get me the product I requested. His level of product knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness made a great experience. That said I think some of his co workers could step up their "At our best" ability. I belive Bestbuy to be strongly rooted in their customer service ability. That said Id ask that you consider placing Carlos in a customer experience program since he adhered to the At Our Best values and delivered a respectful and knowledgeable experience.
The Staff here are not Byist & are to cool once you enter the store ! I recommend helping their business by shopping there !

They have what you need but it's generally a higher price than you can find online.
They do price matching for the big names though like Amazon, so if you bring it up they'll match it (I assume this is within reason and not Amazon clearance sale pricing).
The employees were helpful, and even offered advice for the longevity and technical details for the future.
So why 3 stars? Because their pricing is ridiculous for a lot of things and their listed pricing on the shelves doesn't match a lot of their deals online meaning you as the customer get stuck doing a bunch of extra work and *gags* math.
