Staff was friendly and polite. However the line management was the worst I’ve seen as of late. There were a total of 10 employees I saw divert their eyes from the growing line due to the other cashiers being busy with customers. In a world where you can order electronics from your couch, retail shops need to do better.

Worst customer service Ive ever had from a Best Buy I usually always buy my electronics and games from them employees taking all the preorder bonuses and claiming they arent available when they are literally right next to them lost a loyal customer for good
