I truly appreciate Renica who works as the Verizon rep in the Best Buy in Gainesville. She was adamant she would make sure my daughter would have a reliable phone in hand before she left for her overseas trip the next day, despite the mess-ups on FedEx and Verizons part, or the sheer unhelpfulness of T-Mobile (our previous carrier that offered no assistance with a porting issue) We stayed for HOURS after closing working with multiple CS reps to get a very complicated situation untangled. And she did it with humor and a good attitude. Also quick shout out the the store manager who stayed to afford us time to get it done!
