Terrible, bought a tv over two weeks ago and 2 time now it has not been delivered when scheduled. Delivery driver says they have no idea where it is. How are you selling tvs that you don’t have? Corporate and management are useless and only care about the bottom dollar and not at paying customer at this location for over 20 years.

Absolutely horrible customer service ordered a TV that was on sale took them two weeks to even attempt to delivery was never given a Time window they showed up and left and then called me and told me that they were there when they weren't by the way all this was captured on camera so they called me after the delivery called and basically got an attitude so now I'm out the sale price TV which I can't get at the same price anymore and got attitude from the driver it was supposed to call me with a Time window the day before and it never happened will never deal with this company ever again
UPDATE: They want me to reach out to fix yet I spoke to somebody yesterday and they would not fix it. So NO I will not reach out again.

After 2 months waiting they cancel my delivery for 2 time . So I cancel my orden . Make people lose the day waiting and waiting more than a month for an items already paid and they never deliver . Don’t buy on this store the play with you money and you time .
