Sara gave Terrible customer service over the phone. Transferred me to the iPhone area. Got a recording that call cannot be completed. She just unloaded the call. Sales person mason gave me incorrect info yesterday when I upgraded my iPhone. Told me I would receive a shipping label to return my old iPhone. I was standing in the store. He told me I should receive it momentarily. I asked “if I don’t receive it, what do I do”. He said go to a Verizon store and they can give you a label. I asked “does it matter if it’s a franchise store?” He said no. So today I go to my local Verizon store. They cannot give me a label. Said I have to go to a Verizon owned store. I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS RUNNING ALL OVER THE PLACE. Mason should have given me correct information. It was a matter of “get the sale” and disregard any follow up. I heard a manager ask him how many upgrades he had completed. So it doesn’t matter if the customer gets the correct information, just make the sale. Terrible Service on Best Buy’s part.

I had my stereo and rear camera installed by Royalty and he did an amazing job. The install was quicker than I expected and he explained how everything worked. Royalty also corrected the issue of a previous employee selling me the wrong merchandise and giving me incorrect information. I definitely will recommend Royalty to anyone who wants to have similar work done. Thanks again.
