Chance the guy that works in cell phone area was making me very uncomfortable he was looking at me when I was in the store the whole time. Get your employee in check
Shop somewhere else. Employees are disrespectful and they obviously don't care. The bar was lying on the ground and they didnt clear it. Plenty of places will listen and help you. Dont go here

I’m very disappointed with how my two children, ages 8 and 11, were treated when they tried to buy Pokémon cards for themselves. I wasn’t the one making the purchase — I was simply there to support their collection — yet the cashier told my 11‑year‑old he couldn’t use his card because it “wasn’t in his name.” That expectation is unrealistic for children. Kids don’t carry ID, so how is a rule like that supposed to work?
When I asked if he could use cash instead, the cashier still said no without giving any reason. My 8‑year‑old was also refused. It felt dismissive and discrimination against kids for no clear reason. Children should not be treated like they’re doing something wrong for wanting to buy trading cards — especially when Pokémon cards are literally marketed to kids.
If the store has rules restricting minors from buying trading cards, they need to be clearly posted and applied consistently. Otherwise, families are left guessing day by day depending on who is working and how they feel. This experience was unacceptable.
