If you are going to demo the speakers in the home audio room, do NOT spam the volume up button because it WILL cause the speakers to go to like 100 db, and there's no way to stop it.

DO NOT use their people to install appliances. I also spoke with Gretchen in the "resolutions department" who was completely worthless and offered nothing but a phony apology. She actually made things worse in my mind. This place has unqualified people giving bad info to waste your time. Their installers don't want to install but rather drop it off and leave. In the end I'm out a days work, I don't have a dishwasher and they offered ZERO help or compensation to make up for THEIR mistake. This was it for me Best Buy. Heading to Lowes to spend my money there instead.
